I cannot praise Deepak Chauhan, Design Consultant at Wickes, highly enough. From start to finish, he provided a genuinely second-to-none, five-star service.
Deepak made a personal visit to my home to measure up for my new kitchen, and his attention to detail and accuracy were exceptional. He took great care to understand my existing kitchen layout and was able to identify practical, workable solutions to overcome the various challenges involved in fitting my chosen kitchen into the available space.
What particularly impressed me was Deepak’s obvious depth of knowledge and experience in kitchen design. Rather than simply trying to make a standard design fit, he carefully considered how the individual units, shapes and sizes could be adapted to work successfully within my particular kitchen.
He is also an excellent communicator. He explains his ideas and recommendations clearly, but, just as importantly, he listens to the customer. He was able to strike the perfect balance between what I wanted from my new kitchen and what would realistically work within the existing space.
Deepak has that rare ability to make what could simply be the purchase of a new kitchen feel like a genuinely personal and bespoke project. His expertise, patience and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that my ideas were being listened to and that every effort was being made to turn my vision into reality.

I was welcomed into the store by a very pleasant lady. She helped me with the app and directed me to the kitchens I had come to view.

Loved it, great to have a team member that you could approach, get a spin of a wheel for a voucher then a bit of guidance on what's around, what options there are. Did get me in store to wonder around which was great, some new ideas.

I have previously had a kitchen design through Julie about four years ago who was excellent and I still love my kitchen today. My son bought a house which needed complete renovation. I automatically recommended him to Wickes and he had an absolutely amazing service from Deepak at Stirchley. From the measuring to design and ordering he was fantastic. My son is 25 and new to all things kitchen/ bathroom etc. He bonded with Deepak immediately and was guided through choices and options which he really had no idea about. Deepak has a way of putting you at ease and helping you make the right decisions. His personality and sense of humour are a delight and I can’t speak highly enough of him.

Omran at the Stirchley store made the whole process of scoping out, ordering and resolving minor issues very straight forward.

He went the extra mile throughout and provided exceptional customer service. The kitchen and appliances were good quality.

The store has loads of displays that give you great ideas of what you want your kitchen and bathroom to look like. The staff are friendly and on hand to help. Our design consultant Deepak was amazing. He listen to what we wanted and made that happen even though both our kitchen and bathroom are small he managed to get all the features I wanted and still gave us space so it didn't look over crowded. He came out to measure up the rooms which helped he understand what he was working with. He talked us through all pur options and made us feel valued. Woukd definitely recommend to anyone creating a bathroom and kitchen for the first time.

From a basic enquiry about having our bathroom changed, we've had a great experience, Deepak was friendly, understanding and patient with us as we made our choices and added his expertise in guiding us in the right direction in those areas you just don't consider when you think its just changing a suite and some wall. coverings! He took his time showing us the design and where we asked for changes to see what it would look like with different finishes was happy to oblige us.

Deepak certainly knows his stuff, changed our kitchen design when he realised the original plan would not work, he’s plan would ! Top service after visiting the store and choosing the add on’s required, Deepak took us through all options then finally showing us the final version with a printed out plan and CAD image, very useful when imagining your kitchen.
Very recommended indeed.

I came to Wickes to get my bathroom designed and installed because I wanted a reputable company who could provide 0% finance. My local store is Stirchley in Birmingham and there I was given an appointment with Deepak. He came to my house to do an initial assessment and help to design my bathroom. Deepak is fantastic - he is professional, courteous and very knowledgable. A week later I came back to the store to sit down with him and look at the designs. I was very pleased with the designs. My bathroom is being fitted next week and Deepak has been available to answer any last minute queries about the order. I highly recommend Wickes in Stirchley, and especially Deepak.
