The lady that we sat down with is called Julie lovell fantastic customer service lots of practical advice went above and beyond to explain all options would advice anyone to go along and talk things through if considering a kitchen refit

Avoid at all costs! - taken 6 months and still no quote with a design which makes any sense. incorrect info and offers given, delayed and then cancelled visits, poor in-store design info and depite trying to contact customer services have had no reply. very poor and cant even raise a compliant as no one answers at Wickes

2nd time ordered from this store 2nd time no delivery.

Deepak has been really helpful with our kitchen design. Despite me changing my mind about things twice, he has been professional throughout the whole process. Everything is set out and you know exactly what you are getting and why.
Would definitely recommend them.

Omran has designed a fantastic kitchen. I have found the service to be absolutely excellent. He has taken the time to guide us through the process, meet with tenants and is meeting with our third party installers on the first day of work to make sure everything goes well. Highly recommended

Absolute pleasure to work with Deepak Chauhan to order a new kitchen. Helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

We had a kitchen planning appointment. Julie Lovell was very knowledgable, helpful and efficient. She listened well to our wishes and advised us from there. We went back a fewdays later for a follow up appointment and ordered the kitchen.

Deepak, the kitchen consultant was so friendly and helpful and we could feel that he had our best interests at heart.

Julie in the design department was amazing at focusing on my individual needs and wants, and created a beautiful kitchen that I’m being proud to show off!
I wanted to go for bold colouring, and she gave me the courage to do it, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Now it’s finished I still pinch myself to remind myself that these bold concepts and colours are of my own choosing, and beyond surfacing.It was a pleasant and uplifting experience, and an exciting time seeing it go in and my plans come to reality. Where do I start !!! When I walked in I knew nothing about kitchens !!! Julie greeted me with a lovely hot coffee and sat me down and guided me through the whole process in such a professional but understanding way ... making suggestions of what we may need or not need ... She helped me so much in picking the affordable options for my budget and didnt push at all to choose something which i couldnt afford ?....which I cannot tell you how much i appreciated !... she gave me time to think it through ...1 year to be precise !!🤣 ...(.we are renovating !!!!)...and she kept me informed of when the sales were running so that I could get a good deal !!! She explained the payment process so well ...which has given me alot of flexibility ...so I can adapt the design if needs be and there is a zero % monthly payment process ...which again adds flexibility with finances !!! So thankyou Julie !!! Wickes you have a real gem in Julie.... she is Gold dust !!!✨️

We visited Stirchley Wickes yesterday to have a bathroom designed , we saw Julie Lovell , she was so friendly & helpful that we are delighted with our new bathroom design , thank you Julie

I always use this store as I find the staff super helpful. had to return some items this time. Neil the store manager was on hand to process this for me. I caught them just before closing and was still met with a smile. Never a bad experience here.

We had decided to purchase a full kitchen at the stirchly wikes and the representative Deepak Chauhan was fantastic showing all types and giving a great indepth review of all types of kitchens also taking in what we wanted.

Stirchley branch. Unbelievably rude staff member. No apology for £10 short change for example.

We had an excellent experience buying a bathroom from Julie Lovell at Wickes. She came to measure up the room and planned out a fantastic design that we really needed.
