Kirti, is always at hand to help me with advice and help, she is a credit to the store and company as a whole, being a regular customer it is nice to be recognised when shopping with wicks and as a former b and q member of staff customer service is very important

Really satisfying customer service…
Really satisfying customer service experience at the Watford branch, and not for the 1st time either. Don’t usually leave reviews but the team went beyond the call of duty to help me out. Massive thanks to Kirti for her enthusiastic and professional manner and thanks also to Daniel, Chloe, Gordon and the rest of the team too for being so helpful, like on previous visits. Ordered items via app for click and collect. App very easy to use . Payment very quick . When I got to branch ( Watford ) the staff very friendly and helpful. Kirti got my order and brought it to the tills for me .

Kirti, was very helpful, all time I visit.
I found everything I needed.
A few things were slightly more expensive which I left, to buy elsewhere. But I like Wickes as there's more materials and less adornments.

Great experience
We brought our kitchen from wicks in Watford and Lee Littlejohn fitted it and he did a great job and we are really pleased. Highly recommend.
