The ability to obtain odd sized windows at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner is good news for folks like me.

Order placing
After placing order, I got a phone call to verify all details and make sure the change from last set of windows were correct. Remembered me from a few years back. Company is always friendly and windows are great.

Came in fast
Came in fast, and the window is in good shape. Some deep scratches on the inside of vinyl so it has to be painted. Beside that it looks good but not going to be in stalled for four weeks and then we will know if it's working right

I had an excellent experience!!
I had an excellent experience with WindowEStore from start to finish. I ordered two custom replacement windows — a large picture window and a smaller double hung. The ordering process was straightforward, and the website made it easy to configure exactly what I needed.
What really stood out was the follow-up call after I placed my order. A real person called to verify every detail and made sure I was getting exactly the right windows for my project. The customer service was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely looked out for my best interest.
I'm a DIY installer and they made the whole process easy and stress free. The quality of the windows and the level of service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend WindowEStore to anyone looking for quality custom windows at a fair price with outstanding customer service.

They make the process smooth and easy
They make the process smooth and easy. The instructions on their website are crystal clear. I also appreciate the confirmation of the order and how the measurements were taken prior to manufacturing. This was my second time using them and I'll continue until I'm done with my house upgrades. The first set of windows installed perfectly following their measurement guidelines. The price and value for the windows is on par, if not better, than you find from other retailers. If you are an advanced DIYer or handyman, this should be your source for windows.
