Abject nonsense concerning “Street Number”
I ordered the goods on 28th December 2025.
Today UPS suggest a problem with “street number”. I no longer trust them.
I have often received goods from You (WP) without any problem with the exact same address.
Unfortunately I must now seek the car parts elsewhere as it will clearly not arrive on time for fitting for my car test unless you intervene immediately.

Obviously this is very frustrating, especially when the previous orders got delivered without any hassle. Unfortunately, there is nothing we as a webshop can do about the fact that UPS does not seem to recognize your address. In most cases these issues resolve themselves.

My purchase did not arrive on the day…
My purchase did not arrive on the day indicated at the time of purchase, the 19th, and today is the 23rd and my order is lost. Now UPS says they do not know what my address is, even though I entered everything correctly. I sent an email today with my new address and so far I have not received any kind of information. My order is already 4 days late compared to what was promised on the website, and honestly this situation is unacceptable, as I am completely uninformed about this purchase. I am dissatisfied with having bought from this place.

Unfortunately, delays like these can always occur. Especially during the extremely busy holiday period. Beceause the delays can not always be prevented or predicted, the estimated delivery date you see on our website is exactly that: an estimate. We cannot promise or guarantee a certain delivery date or time, because of the various unpredictable factors that influence delivery.
When your order gets delayed during transport, UPS will update you about the delivery in the track and trace. I can see that there has been an update regarding your parcel.
I expect this issue gets resolved very soon. We hope we may be of service to you again in the future.

The parts arrived exactly as ordered and the quality is spot on. Everything fit my car perfectly. The delivery was quite slow. It took significantly longer than the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. If you aren't in a rush and your car isn't stuck in the garage waiting for an urgent fix, I’d recommend them for the quality and availability. However, be prepared to wait a bit longer for the courier to arrive.

Based on your review it seems that your order might not have come through correctly. Once you go to pay for your order, you'll receive a confirmation. But if the payment didn't come through, your order will not be processed further. You can then always contact our customer service so we can resolve this issue.
We can imagine that this is frustrating, but there is not much that we can do about it. Once this happens we send an email to let you know that we haven't received the payment yet, so we can resolve this issue as quick as possible. This email could have ended up in your spam folder.

I can see that your order is delayed during transport with UPS. They will update you as best as they can about the status of your parcel in the track and trace.
