I ordered a blouse on Sept. 1. The original delivery date was Sept. 10-12. Amazon tracking says the carrier (Newlogistics) picked it Sept. 5. But when I checked with Newlogistics they showed they never received it. After Sept. 12 date passed, the new delivery date was changed to Sept. 16. That passed and changed to Sept. 21. I have not received my item and contacted the seller. They replied the delivery date had not passed yet, so they could not do anything. I next called Amazon customer service for a refund. They said they could not get me a refund because the Sept. 21 delivery date had not passed and they would contact the company (Woman Within) and wait for a reply for 48 hours even though I had previously contacted the seller through Amazon. It is ridiculous that a company can keep changing the delivery date and prevent you from asking for a refund.
Tried to place an order
Tried to place an order for my wife. She received a coupon yesterday that said if I spent $100 I would get $50 off. First they told me the coupon had expired. But I'm looking right at it and it says offer ends 8/26/2023.
After she took several minutes looking into it she came back and made it sound like she was doing me a favor by letting me use the coupon. She finally started taking my order and I had to repeat it several times because she couldn't get it right. I had to change my order repeatedly because ever color I wanted was unavailable. After more than 20 minutes of trying to order two shirts, a pair of slacks and a jacket I finally got fed up and decided going to The Mall will be a lot easier. It's a shame because We've been buying from Woman Within for many years. Not anymore, I've had problems ordering from them the last few times.

They sent the wrong item and made it EXTREMELY difficult to get the correct item. I called and instead of they expected and typical "so sorry, we will send the correct item right out", they went into a song and dance about crediting me and I would have to reorder and go to some place in a mall to return the incorrect item.... NO!!!!! YOU made the error and I am the customer... you don't punish the customer for your mistakes! 2 stars because the other item I ordered was correct and what I wanted.
Item never available
I have been trying to order a certain product for over a year and it always let's me saying estimated ship date was 8/15/2023 and this time like every other time couple days later say canceling order cause on backorder for another month. But when I have been reading reviews before I placed the order people say got there orders and don't pay attention to the backorder date so who's lying customers or woman within making fake reviews to get orders?
Payment Scam
I paid for a recent order with Paypal and Woman Within set up a recurring payment plan without my knowledge or consent. I didn't realize it until I found the charge on my credit card statement and I hadn't ordered anything from them. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice the charge even if I hadn't placed an order with them? Who would even need a recurring payment plan with a clothing company?
What a rubbish company
What a rubbish company. Sizing is not correct and for the first time ever, I am charged a processing fee to return. Lesson learned. I will never order from them again.
Customers beware superfast shipping is…
Customers beware superfast shipping is "NOT" a way to go if your needing your package within 2dys. I spent $27.99 to get my package in what I thought was 2 business dys. The websites terminology can be deceiving. What it means is that once your order is processed it's 1-2 dys for delivery not counting weekend days. But it doesn't tell you that. I've been shopping with them for 5yrs I couldn't even get a partial refund on the shipping. I needed the order for a event so not only am I out of the $27.99 but I'm having to shop at Catherine's to get what I need for my event coming up Sunday
Horrible experience with Woman Within
Horrible experience! Ordered 2 blouses that were cheap fabric. Refused the 2nd pkg knowing it wouldn’t fit. Three weeks have passed and still no refund..said they never received it. The first pkg had no invoice so I waited till they sent it. Was told I must return it to FedEx. So for a $27 blouse my return fee was $19!!!! Then for the stinking $8 credit they wanted to issue a gift card! So glad I kept ALL my paperwork from this sleazy company. I talked to 7 different people and got 7 different answers! Reported them to the BBB today and also filed a Merchant Dispute with my bank. You’re better off throwing the junk out than trying to make a return.
Erroneously information
I wish I researched before placing an order! I am going to add to the long list of awful reviews. I attempted to order online; their web site function is extremely bad. The order did not go through. I checked two days later and there were no orders on my account. I called and they verified that no order was taken and processed it over the phone. They proceeded to take the money from my account twice and when I called I was told I placed two orders! They were not interested in helping. I was lied to by two different customer service reps. and the supervisor was as rude and ignorant as her staff. STAY AWAY!!
No credit for returns, etc.
I had a credit limit of $200. I ordered a few things, and made a few payments of $30. I then ordered two pairs of shorts, and ended up returning one. I got confirmation on the tracking through the post office, that it was delivered back to them. I got zero credit for returning them. I tried to talk to customer service, and literally no one would help me. Everyone said it wasn't their Department. I had a balance of $111. Then I started getting bombarded with phone calls and letters demanding payment, and still no one would give me credit for the shorts I returned, or even talk to me about it on the phone. Website online was a dead end as well. I kept telling them I wasn't going to make another payment until I saw credit for the shorts that I returned, and that I knew for a fact they had received. They just kept coming after me for their money, which just kept growing and growing and growing. Fast forward to today, I just got served paperwork, because they started the process so that they can garnish my wages for what they are saying is now $532 that I owe them. Really wish I would have believed all the reviews that I saw, and steered clear of them!

I purchased 5 items from this company and could not wear any of them. When I went to my order to obtain the order number, it has disappeared. After trying to connect on several occasions, no luck. I'm out of the money and have 5 items I will never wear. Last time I do that!!
Less Than 1 ⭐
1. I bought a jacket from them. I kept thinking It's too big.., but I tried to wear it. Finally one day I decided its too big!
They wouldn't refund/exchange it for a smaller size because the return time limit was one day past! OH Jeepers.
2. The shoes worn blisters on my heels. 😢 As soon as my heels healed I'd try wearing them again. Same thing, they wore blisters. Someone else complained on their website about the same thing.
Since I'd kept them too long they wouldn't refund my money or allow me to exchange them.
3. OUTRAGEOUS 😲 pricing. Almost $40 for shoes that were thin and flimsy. And $80 for a jacket!
Shipping is outrageous
Shipping is outrageous. I was considering ordering one item until I saw the shipping charges of $23.84! That was standard ground shipping. It's been a long time since I ordered from this company and now I remember what poor quality their clothing is and how bad the service. I am glad I didn't order the item (it would have added 1/3 to the cost!) and I suggest you beware as well.

This company sells YOUR email address. I've NEVER ordered from this company and for obvious reasons NEVER WILL. I do not have any account with them. I start to setup an account but changed my mind. Even tho I did not complete the information they latched on to my email address and boy oh boy they have made a small fortune from it. Once they get your email address, makes no difference if you ordered any of their cheap items or not, you will be bombarded with spam! BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF THESE EMAILS. NONE OF THE LINKS IN THESE EMAILS ARE SECURE. MY ANTIVIRUS BLOCKS THEM ALL! It will NOT allow them to open on my system.
When I called customer service, the man that answered, was very rude and indifferent about every thing. He did not want to hear ANYTHING I had to say. Wanted to know about my catalog from them...I do not and have not received any catalog from them JUST SPAM AND JUNK EMAILS.

On 4/14/23 I ordered a top from the catalog and had it sent directly to my friend who lives in FL. The package arrived early but what was in the package was not what was ordered or what was listed on the packing slip. Now my friend who is somewhat disabled as she can’t walk has to deal with going somewhere to get a return shipping label printed, then getting to a post office to return this item. The company takes no responsibility for their mistake. Even sending her a shipping label would have been helpful. The supervisor said no they don’t do that.
Disappointed Yet Again
Yet again, received poor quality clothes for expensive prices, and shipping costs that are ridiculously high – especially if you pay for expedited shipping because you want your order sooner than 2 weeks with standard shipping. If they use Pitney-Bowes as the shipper, my experience has been that it’ll take even longer. The blouses I ordered weren't the pastel French blue, pink, and iris (lilac) colors shown online. Instead, they were dark and dull looking. Plus, they're all so sheer I'll have to wear another top under them, which defeats the whole purpose of buying blouses to wear in hot weather. Woman Within and the whole One Stop Plus company sells poor quality clothing, charges exorbitant prices for them and the shipping, then charges even more to return anything that doesn’t meet the customer’s expectations. Also, it's hit or miss as to whether the clothing will fit, even though it's all supposed to be the same size. Sadly, as a plus size woman, my options are limited to places like Woman Within. I wish companies now days cared about the quality of their merchandise and their customers’ satisfaction with the things we buy. However, their seeming lack of interest in either of these things, indicated by the the continued low quality of their merchandise and expensive prices, suggests it’s all about profits and the heck with the customers. I don't buy very much from them anymore, and after another disappointing, expensive purchase, I'll be buying even less.
Items never shipped and no refund made
Placed an order on March 30th. Went to check on status and no order, no mention of payment. Only a note that one of three items would not ship so entire order not shipped. No email to me or notice of any kind. No refund of money for all three items. Very disappointed but shoud have come here first before ordering.
Invalid Charge
I thought I'd try out this site. Ordered two tunic shirts. When I got them, they were huge. Looked like a cross between a oversized dress and a tent. Returned them. They wouldn't give a refund so got credit. Used it on two more shirts which are crappy material and run small this time! Gave up and kept them. In March I am again charged $16.95 when I haven't bought anything since December 2022! I'm still waiting for an answer on that!! Never again!
