FALSE ADVERTISING! I did not receive…
FALSE ADVERTISING! I did not receive FREE items advertised. I had two catalogs with two different FREE items, if you spend $50 or more. I sent one order in for each catalog. I received NO FREE items. they said they wouldn't honor the codes if it's backordered (how would I know?), from a 3rd party (how would I know?) or a "Final" sale item, as opposed to a regular sale?
They make up so many rules, that you don't know if they apply to you or not. They say you can only apply one coupon to your order, but their system accepts more than one and then doesn't apply any of them. I was screwed out of two different advertised FREE items. I did not receive either one. If you complain, you get a scripted reply and no answer or results results. Terrible customer service and FALSE ADVERTISING.
Deceptive pricing
WomanWithin has chosen to pursue a deceptive pricing model where they tack on extra fees as you go -- most especially their shipping fee which is outrageous. It's unfortunate because Woman Within used to be a reputable company with reasonable, straight-forward pricing. I kind of hate the company now. Every shopping experience with them ends in disappointment.

They are awful. I got billed for a late fee 2 months in a row on a zero account Costumer service was not helpful. I closed my account and will never order from them again.

The exchange process and customer service is so bad that you will never want to do business with this company again! Despite what is on their website, ALL EXCHANGES are treated as returns.
That means they will keep $10.99 of your money (despite what their website says) and you will have to reorder your items all over again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Do Not Use This Company if your money is worthwhile! The quality and sizing was off on 2 pair of boots "worth" over $162.00. I had to traveled 30 minutes to the return site to mail, they never acknowledged my return by email even though the return was processed by email and their web site. They supposedly mailed a gift card back as credit and it never arrived. When I went to check in on where it was, not on my account, not at my house, the gift card and return balance information magically "disappeared"--"They are not responsible for communicating anything back to me about the return back to them or how or when to expect the refund or card" -- Not a reputable company, never again!!!
Dissatisfied customer
When I returned merchandise in Jan of this year, the rep placed another order I didn't know about and the credit I was due in the amount of $54.11 from a previous (initial order) still hasn't been given to me since my return on 11 January even though I've called twice. It's now 30 Jan and still no credit. The last rep was rude and hung up on me. They make excuses for the delays in stating their system is updating and it will take another 7 or 8 days to respond to my request. If I could rate this any lower, I would. All I can say is, buyer, beware!!
Shady company
Placed 3 orders only got one partial shipment from an order placed 01/09 it’s now the 18th. Went online my entire order history has been deleted. I have a bunch of pending charges on my credit card. Called customer service who was no help said system is down and has been since 01/12 and doesn’t know when it will be up. Something is amiss, no legit company wipes their customers accounts and is down for days.
Return Nightmare
I ordered something. They send me the wrong thing and are making it next to impossible to fix THEIR error. They send me a return label that I cannot print and just want me to go out and pay for postage and packaging. Like they will credit the correct account. They can't even send me the correct item.
Table cloth cloths
The cloths don’t last long after washing several times- the sizes are off- blouses feel like table cloth cloths- in fact all their cloths is like table cloth- low quality and lousy customer service.
Their Customer Service is non-existent.
I never received my order. My mailing address is a PO Box. The order was shipped via FedEx and allegedly delivered to my Post Office/PO Box on December 17. But I never got it. When I called WW to request replacement or refund, they did everything in their power to avoid responsibility. One "customer service" agent repeatedly insisted that my order must have been stolen off my porch, even though it was shipped to my PO Box! When I got an agent who told me the process for requesting a refund (replacement was never offered), I found I would have to file an affidavit BY MAIL, swearing that I hadn't received the order. Then I would have to just wait and hope that WW would actually do something about it. And of course, submitting an affidavit by mail means WW could easily deny that they ever received it, unless I paid to have it certified. I gave up on dealing with WW and disputed the charge through my credit card instead. I have ordered a number of items from WW in the past, but after this experience, NEVER AGAIN.

I placed an order early November for Four "sherpa" sweatshirts ...first off sherpa is a THICKER warmer curly type of fabric (looks like curly wool) well these "sweatshirts" are just that.....sewn INSIDE OUT sweatshirts where the material is a fuzzy type of not heavy weight material that PILLS alot and collects everything in the air....if it were the inside of a sweatshirt it would be OK but no this "sherpa" is simply the inside of a CHEAP SWEATSHIRT.. It is NOT SHERPA....therefore you are paying for something they did not send!!
secondly it was supposed to be delivered within 10 days, well 24 days later I got the package, when tracking it they gave a lot of info...first they said it was shipped by Fed X
then shipped by another company and finally it was shipped by and delivered by USPS... it seemed to be lost twice in the tracking process???
Each "sherpa shirt" was $19.99 on sale and I would have gladly returned them BUT they want me to pay return shipping fee plus a $10.99 RETURN FEE.

tried to pay bill in full and cancel account back in September 2023 . it is now December and still receiving bills stating I owe interest rates. I would call and I asked how to pay this bill in full. was given an amount, would pay that. Then get another bill the next month with new interest charges, excuse was because payment was done during the middle of the billing cycle. month after month this happened.
Run as far and as fast as you can from this company.
Go to the Better Business Bureau and read their profile on their page. It is not good. I wish I had done my due diligence regarding this company. I would have never opened an account with them.

Dishonest "Women Within" Scam
I checked my bank account today. I do not use this account often.
Last Christmas December 2022 I brought $63.37 gifts. I was pleased.
Since then, I have Not Ordered anything. Women Within has deducted $16.95 eleven times Jan -Nov 2023 from my account. $186.45 Total.
You can not find anyone to talk to, let alone help
I bought pants for our daughter in June, opened an account, they didn't fit, so I returned them. When the bill came, I saw the charge and called to say the items had been returned - actually, about two weeks before the bill closed. I called - was told I'd have to pay a re-stocking fee of $10.99. Not happy about that, but I would pay it,I told the person to whom I spoke to close the account. There doesn't seem to be any record of that call. Every time (six at this point) I call to ask about why I'm still being charged - and late charges accumulate - I get the recording that my account is closed with zero balance. I finally reached someone today - and the automatic response is from the previous account, at which point it cuts me off. I've spent enough time trying to straighten this out - and the frustration. This company is impossible to deal with, try as I may.
Exorbitant Shipping Fees
They have artificially low prices on their merchandise and then tack on their overhead costs with inflated shipping and handling fees. Definitely shady business practices.
Ordered 38 inch bra, received 28 inch with child size strap length
My breasts are large but my rib cage is average. I am 5'1" tall. Ordered a size 38 G bra, although my correct band size is 34. I sew, and I knew that I could customize any product smaller to fit me, but obviously could not make a product larger. When the seven bras arrived, all seven measured 28 inches around the band. There is no way the bra could stretch 10 inches to reach the size I ordered. I can only guess that the manufacturer must be using a sizing criteria that is not standard for the North American market. And the shoulder straps were too short even for someone my height. I can't understand why anyone would manufacture a bra in a size that would fit a pre-pubertal girl: 28 inches. I chose the bra because it advertised as 100% cotton, but it is not. The price quoted to me for refunding my money was a $10.99 service fee. With that said, the bra is a good design and well sewn.
Women Within shipped wrong size shoe, no returns…
Women Within shipped a pair of Mary-Jane style shoes in size 11WW; I wear a 7.5WW. They will not accept a return or an exchange. I am out $90.
I happened to look at my account today…
I happened to look at my account today and I've been charged $16.95 (5) times in the month of Sept. '23 alone for the rewards program that I don't recall signing up for. When I checked further there were multiple charges in other months as well since spring of this year. I contacted them and the explanation was that they had tried to charge me but the funds were not there, which is untrue. I have excellent credit and plenty of funds on the card that was charge, however that still doesn't explain why I was charged every month and additionally, sometimes 3 - 5 times a month if the money wasn't there. One payment a month is all I should have been charged, not once a week. There should have only been 9 charges since January of this year, not 15 charges of $16.95.
I did, however, get a refund to cover the monies they charged me over the past 11 months.
I was very nice about it for some reason...(much nicer than I usually am, I tend to scare people) but I wanted to make sure others were aware of the situation and you should please, please check your Order History with Woman Within NOW to make sure you're not being over charged. I advised them I won't be with them any more. It's simply not worth the risk. I do appreciate the hassle free refund. I see others weren't as lucky as I am with their experiences.
