Woot Avis 

My bank called to stop an illegal attempt via the Woot website to withdraw USD$400 from my account. I had never heard of this company prior to this event. I contacted Woot for an explanation, just received a generic format reply which put the onus on me to check on my account. I asked for more details, but have not been acknowledged.

Lot of stuff labeled refurbished seems more like resold returns that never were inspected or renewed.

Sent bad air conditioner no replacement or able to repair. Fighting to get a refund get nothing but a million useless emails and put me off for return and refund. How can Amazon which is always good with return policy's be affiliated with this company. Do not buy.

After having purchased two refurbed and fully unlocked iPhones from this company, when I needed a newer one, I looked to Woot again, and ordered an iPhone XS what was advertised as fully unlocked.

Very nice phone, but I found that it was locked to "T-Mobile Orange UK". I am in the U.S. When I complained to Woot, at first, they acted as if I were stupid, because the product description said it was unlocked and therefore, the phone is unlocked. Then they said I could send it back, but they want me to do it UPS and I have to go to a UPS store to do it or else pay extra to have UPS pick it up at my house. I do not drive and I can't go anywhere unless I have a reliable phone, because I need to use Uber or Lyft. My iPhone 8 is broken and not worth repairing, and once again, I'd have to GO to a shop to do it. My iPhone 6 is on its last legs and half the apps no longer work.

Since it is locked to a carrier overseas, it is costing me $75 to get it unlocked, I can do that without leaving home and it will probably happen before I'd even see any refund from these guys. They did offer me a partial refund of $50, but I said I wanted them to cover the entire cost of the unlock. They refused. I took the $50 and reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and it will probably be forever before I even see the fifty bucks.

So no matter whether I kept it or returned it, their mistake cost me money in some way. How about CHECKING stuff before you sell it to make sure it works as advertised?

I used to be a happy customer, but I will never buy so much as a T-shirt from them again.

STAY AWAY! I am now the owner of a useless handheld vaccum because it broke on the 30th day - and they do not honor returns for busted stuff beyond 30 days. Better to spend a little more with a vendor that provides customer service.

I have ordered a couple of t-shirts back in December 2020. After 4 months and 3 complaints to support that I didn't receive it and that it wasn't even shipped, I have got a refund notification with an explanation, that they are not able to ship internationally. Never had problems with international shipping before, also the support was assuring me every time that they'll send it immediately. They used a snowstorm as an excuse once. The realization that they can's ship internationally after 4 months is pretty sad. Because of that, I can't recommend them and also I don't plan any other orders at this company.

I checked my bank account today, 3/04/2021, and noticed a pending transaction in the amount of $538.75 for a company I've never done any business with prior or have ever even heard of. I Googled the company name to try and get a contact phone number and couldn't find one, but was able to see that the company is an affiliate of Amazon of which I do have an account. I called Amazon's customer service and they were unable to locate any transactions on my account that matched the transaction in question, and was advised by the rep to contact my bank to stop the payment because they were unable to help. He also told me that the company sells children's bikes on Amazon and sent me an email documenting our conversation. I also found a website for the company and found that it is impossible to contact anyone for support except via email, please see the link below. I accessed my bank account again to get Chase's contact information and noticed that there was a reverse payment in the same amount of $538.75 and my funds were released back to my account, all of this happening within a fifteen minute timeframe. I spoke to Chase and they cancelled my debit card and will be issuing a new card. I did a little more digging and it seems that I'm not the only one that has had this issue with this company, they've been cleaning out people's accounts for at least 6 years that I could tell. I don't know what this is about, but I would feel much better if someone looked into this to see what kind of data breach or fraud is taking place. i bought an iphone 7 which stopped working outside of the 30 days return window due to a known issue:

apple will not honor the repair since the "refurbished" phone's original sale date is older than 4 years.
this makes their "long-lived" phone as useless as a cell phone as woot is as a service.
i will never use woot again, since it is obviously a scam to unload defective equipment.

Do not buy things from woot because the manufacture will not honor warranty bought from them. The woot customer service and the manufacture kicked me back and forth for a Micron Lamp I bought which was defective.

Never had a problem with them. orders really are just amazon orders, but still, havent had a problem with them so far.

I'm a longtime Woot shopper. I recently bought a Russell Hobs Coffee Maker. The price was awesome (and it is not refurbished), Somehow it go delivered in 2 days! I just love it, it's frigin beautiful. Yes, a beautiful coffee maker. Using the timer, it made me the coffee I'm drinking right now and I could not be happier! What a great experience, really exceptional. Happy birthday to me!

do not buy from this vendor.
they were to provide 2 new laptops but only shipped one refurbished and will not correct the problem costing me $460 for product never shipped.

Several months ago I placed an order for reusable masks. They are a favorite at my workplace. Recently I placed an additional order. The second order was not the same quality as the first. I sent a message to customer service to let them know. I did not ask to return the items, only to let them know that the quality was not nearly as good as my first order. Their fast response was to apologize and issue a full refund (which I did not request). Way to go WOOT!

Some one set up an account using my email and card details. Thankfully it didnt go through.
I tried to log on to the website using a password reset and it kept coming up.with a really dumb message about it couldn't process the password reset and to try again but dont do what you just did...but dosnt say what went wrong!
I am almost sure this website is a scam. Even though its listed as a part of amazon.

I have bought multiple things from this company over the years. I have to say every time I have ordered something it is either very subpar or just a waste of money. The cheapest thing on Amazon is still better than anything this company sells.

Ordered a Contixo F24 Pro came when said it would come and didn't take long to be flying it out of the box.

Didn't take very long to be using all the functions of the drone. Bought a DJI about 2 years ago for $700 this does the all the same things but folds up into a small bag

Here the same, never used Woot but also 915 dollar charged on my credit card. Visa suspected fraud, nevertheless amount is counted for until investigation has been done...

Ive never used woot, but i got a call today from my credit card company saying that a 900 dollar purchase on my card was declined on this site... So someone stole my card number. This is beyond sketchy, stay away from it.
