Excellent customer service
There was a mix up with my original cup noodles order. After posting my feedback, I was asked to contact Yau Bros (the seller) and the mistake was quickly rectified. The seller has compensated me with 4 additional cup noodles, which I did not expect. I am now super happy. They have excellent customer service and I can highly recommend this seller.

Arrived promptly, good value
Arrived promptly, well packaged. I also found many of the items were cheaper to buy from Yau Bros than supermarket, which is unusual for online specialist market. Highly recommend

5 split parcels delivered over 3 days
Delivery took 4 working days to arrive and parcels were split into 5 different parcels arriving over 3 days. This has made me reluctant to order again from here as not everyone has the luxury of waiting home for packages over 3 days from the same company
Reply - yes everything arrived in good condition and I was happy with the quality of goods. The delivery service however was substandard and this would be an issue for those with manic working schedules.

Hi, I can see you placed a fairly large order. Ideally you should have received everything on one date. We utilise multiple boxes when needed to separate ambient, fresh and frozen produce. It should have not arrived in such a staggered fashion -we have opened an investigation with Parcelforce. Did everything arrive in a satisfactory condition?

Frozen food arrived in good condition
Fast delivey for my online shopping. Frozen food are chilled with lots of ice packs and a cooling bag. Glass bottles are wrapped with protection. Everything arrived in nice and fresh condition. Will shop again next time.
