YBS have good interest rates compared to other providers and I have been with them since 1996. My complaint is that they keep introducing new accounts with higher interest rates, especially for ISAs.... Voir plus

Transferred my low interest rate ISA to YBS. The actual transfer was easy to do online and only took a few days A follow up phone call from YBS was made too to make sure I was satisfied We are now... Voir plus
Went with YBS as wanted an offset mortgage. Good customer service, easy to get hold of team via email or phone. Mortgage process involved gifted deposit but was still straightforward.

Clear, detailed but easy-to-read information on the website about Saving Account options.
Straight forward application process, compared to other businesses, but with the usual security checks (understandably).
User friendly App to manage the account.

Nasty Customer Service who closed my savings accounts because they discriminated against my mental health and wellbeing disabilities. I will be reporting them to the Police, my MP and the National Press.

We had problems trying to get onto a banks webpage
previously, my bank refused to give me clearance, so we tried Yorkshire, the bank was a very happy bunny and everything was done in double quick time.I am very happy Yorkshire seem very happy,,they even pointed out a problem I could get and helped to overcome,top marks in my book.
