Money down the drain....
I have not had a good experience with this factor. Their communication with owners is terrible, they are difficult to get a hold of when issues arise, and their online portal is unusable. How they can justify the fees they charge is unthinkable to me. Don't waste your money here with a company that does not care for its clients.

If you are fond of your own money, why risk it?
In the history of Factors, there surely cannot be any that are consistently so unprofessional, duplicitous, unreliable, untrustworthy, and divisive. If you wish to be fooled by their paper-thin veneer of apparent concern you may inadvertently you fall under their maniacal control of feeding-frenzy billing, which appears to go against all reason, sense, and established practice. It beggars belief how they are allowed to be in business. They should not be part of the service industry. A property owner, under their control, should not have to consider moving property, just to evade their clutches!

This factor is poor and needs to get its act together
I continuously find this factor does not communicate well with owners, does not seek 3 quotes when when seeking contractors, the quotes are not shared on their portal.
Additionally the portal does not allow for download for every necessary document
An Owners meeting has twice been cancelled. All of this is very unsatisfactory and needs to change.

Poor service and overpriced. Just a puppet company of Hacking & Paterson who are even worse. Look online, their management is just ex-H&P. Fake local service hoping to pretend they are independent
