I liked that i was able to get a policy…
I liked that i was able to get a policy with your repairs but was disappointed that I could not choose when they would service my boiler and they said it would not be until August next year and it is due at the end of October this year and i will now have to look for someone else to service it ! Not good.

Quality of Service
The quality of service given by both the people I spoke to about arranging the repair and Go Gas who carried out the repair.
I have spoken to someone about the way in which the young lady who spoke to me answered my call by either saying nothing or on the second occasion just saying yes!!

Beware of this company before signing up
We have been with company for over 3 years to cover our heating and boiler.we had a water pressure problem with the boiler and called out an engineer.He diagnosed the problem with the heat exchanger .Unfortunately this is not covered with the policy.We were told to get the repair fixed privately before the coverage could continue.We tried to close the policy because we did not want to cover a boiler that was broken but were told we were locked in until may next year.we were disappointed they were unwilling or unable to help us fix the problem.Our advice is read the exclusions before signing up

I called to challenge my renewal price
I called to challenge my renewal price. i.e. it increased by forty percent. I made Chris (who took my call) aware of the previous two 'no shows' this year to carry out my annual boiler service. He confirmed this was on my account notes and agreed that this was unacceptable. In light of this, he agreed to honour and hold mycurrent price for the next twelve months. Great Job Chris.
