Zanussi Avis 

Had a new integrated fridge freezer in 2020, 11 months later it packed up, took days to get a response from zanussi and when we finally did they tried to get out of replacing it. Eventually sorted it after an engineer came out and said its broken. Fairly sure with a freezer load of defrosted food I could work that out ! Now it's Dec 2024......replacement one has packed up !! NEVER buy a zanussi product folks !! Utter junk !!!

You might wonder why reviews on the Zanussi website are more favourable than here. There is a reason for that, Zanussi simply refuse to publish negative reviews, they said my review (also posted here) did not meet their guidlines. The link to their guidelines was behind a password!

Also, their 'Social Media Agent' called Andrew (no surname given) reached out to me, and then did not reply to my email, so i guess it was just a bot, typical Zanussi, all front, no substance.

And this bot ignored my actual complaint, so again just a generic reply which is what they think their customers deserve i guess.

I Bought a Zanussi Convection Heater under model number ZCVH4004B via Amazon.com. I've been trying to register the product to have a two year warranty. On the leaflet it says to visit the website zanussicomfortandoutdoors to register, however when I tried Google it says the site is unsafe. So I tried to Zanussi.co.uk and Elextrolux.com websites, but when I type the model number ZCVH4004B the search results brings me to nothing found! DO NOT TRUST THIS ZANUSSI OR ELECTROLUX BRANDS. I will be returning the product via Amazon.

Rubber voor koelkast besteld. Zou volgens hun moeten passen. Deed het dus niet . Retour gestuurd en zit nu al 2 maanden te wachten op mijn geld. Zijn deze administratieve order kwijt geraakt!!!?

First two hobs on top of oven won't stay on. Oven doesn't stay on after 15 mins it goes off. The glass lid should be safe, but when I put the lid down if the hob is still lit it stays on which is dangerous 😳 . My sisters did the same. Now waiting for a gas specialist engineer to come out.

I recently bought a Zanussi fridge, and it’s been a total nightmare. The drawers are so flimsy they break at the slightest tug—absolute garbage. The warranty doesn’t cover the plastic parts, which clearly shows they know they sell a shoddy product.

If you want a replacement, they’ll charge you £50! Why would I waste money on a drawer that’s only going to break again in a few weeks? At this rate, I’d rather just replace the whole fridge with a more reliable brand.

And don’t get me started on customer service. They’re rude and unhelpful, simply directing you to the warranty link as if that magically solves everything. It’s obvious they don’t care about their customers at all. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this brand—don’t waste your money. You might as well burn it; at least you’d get some warmth out of it!

Slechte klantenservice. Probeer al maanden iets te retourneren maar er wordt totaal niet op je gereageerd!!! Verdient niet eens 1 ster

Levensgevaarlijk! Glasplaat van Gas-op-glas kookplaat is na 3 jaar spontaan ontploft tijdens het koken. Gelukkig niemand ernstig gewond maar, alles onder het glas. Het was zo'n enorme klap dat het glas in de woonkamer vloog. En het eten kon weggegooid worden.
Zanussi gebeld en gemaild. Maar nemen totaal geen verantwoordelijkheid. Belachelijk!

We've been extremely frustrated with our Zanussi fridge freezer (model ZNN18FS5). We bought it less than three years ago, and in that short time, it has broken down three times—now it's happened yet again! It's incredibly disappointing to face such recurring issues with a relatively new appliance. It's been a complete waste of money, and to make matters worse, reaching their customer service is nearly impossible. Avoid their products at all costs—this feels like a scam!

Someone has probably said it before in the reviews below, but heed the warning and read the reviews. Customer Services give zero "care nots", and that's putting it politely! Passed from pillar to post unnecessarily and a lack of knowledge on the products they are supposed to be supporting you with. Moral of story, don't buy their products and if you do, spend your money insuring it for repairs and spare parts elsewhere!

Terrible. Took me 6 hours to get absolutely nowhere. The phone line is useless and the online chat is useless. The staff don’t care, don’t really pay attention to what you are saying and have no solutions. Honestly please please please don’t buy their products, this is the worst fridge freezer I have ever seen/had. And god forbid if something goes wrong with it just take it to the dump and buy another, it will be cheaper than loosing days and days of wages trying to fix it.

This is a review of the appliance repair service that Zanussi claims to offer. Four days ago I booked a service visit on their website and obtained an order acknowledgement number back from them. Ever since them I have been trying to check that the visit is going to take place tomorrow. It is impossible to get to speak to anyone at Zanussi. Appalling customer service! Don't try to use this company to repair your appliance go somewhere else.

There are great ovens, good ovens, bad ovens and extremely poor ovens. Then comes the zanussi which really is in a class of its own.
If I could leave no stars I would, its poor build quality is astonishing. Doesn't distribute heat evenly, temperature controls are hit and miss, very flimsy racks and pans.
I could go on, but why bother so many others think the same as me.
It really is total junk.

As part of a new kitchen we decided to buy all new appliances. The Zanussi built in double oven was delivered as part of the kitchen order but could not be installed until the oven housing unit was in place. When the oven unit was finally installed some time later the oven went straight in. Up until that point it had been stored carefully in its original protective packaging.

You are advised what to do pre use and for the top oven all went smoothly, the bottom (main oven) simply did not work, an error code came up. I was extremely disappointed, how can a brand new appliance not work? How did it pass any sort of quality control or inspection? I contacted Zanussi and was directed to their warranty site, I explained the problem and they said they would send an engineer out in 10 days!.
I emailed them again and as this was a brand new appliance clearly not working when it left the production line I asked them to extend the warranty for 1 year from the date of the fault and I thought this a very reasonable request given the circumstances. They have refused to do so. As the goods were faulty from day one I then asked for a new oven, they refused again. The engineer duly turned up, asked me to help get the oven out of the built in unit and upon inspection they advised that they thought the critical component had not been connected properly at the factory, they replaced it with a new part just to be on the safe side and again asked me to help putting the oven back in the unit. I am 70 years old but still capable but I did wonder what would have happened if I was unable to assist the female engineer who I don’t believe would have been able to do it on her own. I emailed the CEO of Zanussi with details of the situation but they have not bothered to reply.
So in summary poor appliance and poor customer service.

Having been purchasing zannusi products for over 25 yrs .Sorry to say their latest product only 14 days old ,A tumble dryer which would drive any same person to drink.
Any slight damp clothes just messing up the built in sensors and the machine can't register that the clothes just need a light dry.but no the heat exchanger will not kick in ,how bloody hard is it to buy a machine to do what you need .pure rubbish ,it dry soaking wet clothes no bother but that's not what is required.
Do not buy this inferior crap .

Absolute total rubbish small hob packed up then main oven door broke off now top oven door fell off and and smashed doors leak heat and burnt cupboards totally rubbish

Just wanted to say thank you so much for the aftercare service provided by Nina and the engineer who fixed my machine. They both went above and beyond for me

i had a washing machine used for around 1 year. THe drum got damaged and the warranty just lasted for a year. Poor quality and everything needs to pay. Request a service at 1xx GBP then took 3 visits to have it fixed! Three months later, an error code appears again. Such quality is really annoying and disaapointing. Poor techology and the machine is not well designed so problems come out in a short period of usage with a short warranty coverage. Then request customers to pay for an initial check-up. No technical advice can be given to help users. I would not consider this brand (any products) anymore.
