I was sold a parking space in a Liverpool development which does not have any access, so is completely unlettable. I can't see how this would even have been legal for them to do. I have been trying now for months to get this resolved with X1 and feel I am being stonewalled. Such as shame as the one-bed apartment I bought has been a good investment.

STAY AWAY from X1 Developments, Sales & Lettings and anything related to X1!
First and foremost, communication with X1 Developments and X1 Sales is an absolute nightmare. Despite sending multiple emails OVER 3 MONTHS inquiring about the progress of our transaction and other concerns, we were ignored and kept in silence constantly.
Furthermore, what's even more disheartening is that they have not paid us the commission fees, as agreed upon in the contract. This is an outright breach of trust and a blatant display of dishonesty. It's incredible how X1 Development & Sales can expect to maintain any semblance of professionalism when they can't even fulfill their basic financial obligations. It's as if they think they can get away with misleading their business partners and clients. This level of unprofessionalism is unforgivable and indicative of a company that operates with complete disregard for ethical business practices.
Louis Smith has signed the Agency Fee Agreement and confirmed multiple times when was chased, that the payment of commission would be paid soon, as soon as 4 months have passed and we have been kept in the dark and in silence.
In conclusion, avoid X1 at all costs. They have demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

Seems like everyone follows the same pattern of ignoring business partners and clients emails.
We are now left with no choice to pursue legal actions against X1 Developments and Louis Smith.
