The caller Talha was very patient with me as I have no clue about technology Talha showed me what to do and a few things I didn't understand Talha showed me a way that I could understand excellent customer service.

Extremely disappointing experience – be very careful with the cancellation process

I have been dealing with XEPOS regarding the cancellation of our XEPAY terminal agreement, and the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The main issue is the contradictory information provided by their own representatives.

We contacted XEPOS to cancel our agreement and were specifically advised by their representative that we could submit our cancellation request by email between 14 September 2026 and 28 September 2026. We followed those instructions exactly and submitted our cancellation request on 14 September 2026.

We subsequently received responses from XEPOS stating that our contract had already renewed for another 18 months and that the relevant cancellation period had actually been in July 2026.

We provided them with the written evidence showing the cancellation dates that their own representative had given us. Despite this, we have continued receiving responses referring back to the automatic renewal rather than properly addressing the fact that we followed the cancellation instructions provided by XEPOS themselves.

What is particularly disappointing is the lack of consistency between departments and representatives. As a customer, I should not be put in a position where I follow clear instructions given by an XEPOS representative and then later get told that those instructions were incorrect.

We have now made a formal complaint and supplied the relevant correspondence and evidence to XEPOS.

My experience so far has been extremely frustrating, and I would strongly recommend that anyone entering into an agreement carefully reads the cancellation and renewal terms and keeps written records of every conversation with XEPOS.

I hope XEPOS’s complaints team will finally review the evidence properly and resolve this matter professionally.

Update: This review reflects my experience and the position as of September 2026. I will update it if XEPOS resolves the matter satisfactorily.

I AM APPALLED AT THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED AND PAID UPFRONT FOR THE EPOS SYSTEM, GOT SUSPICIOUS IMMEDIATELY AND TRIED TO CONTACT THEM TO NO AVAIL VIA THERE WHATSAPP, EMAILS AND PHONE, SENT A CANCELLATION EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE PAYMENT SENT. SINCE THEN HAVE RANG ME AND BULLIED AND THREATENED ME, THEY CONTINUE TO CHANGE THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO SUIT WHAT IS HAPPENING, AND THEN A WEEK LATER AFTER SAYING DO NOT SEND ANY EQUIPMENT THEY DECIDE TO SEND IT THEY THINK THEY ARE BEING CLEVER !! MY BANK IS NOW INVOLVED - AVOID AVOID AVOID ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS, THERE ARE ONLY 2 PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONE A MAN AND WOMAN AND PRETEND THERE ARE LOTS OF DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS. DO NOT SEND THESE ROGUES YOUR MONEY.

Also known as Xepos Advertise merchants services with free 4g terminal and a base rate .3% and .4% ( credit card/debit card)... but the contract says different.. They also advertise at cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancelled within one day and told there would be a cancellation fee !! If you are looking for merchant services, go direct to Worldpay or Barclaycard as they offer better rates. Caveat emptor

Ps also be aware.. they ask for information prior to offering a contract.. after the contract is completed .. they then ask for further information!!, which,if they had asked for information prior to completing the contract there is no way I would have completed the contract... not the actions of a reputable company CAVEAT EMPTOR

Excellent service from Talha! He fixed our till problem quickly and professionally, and was very helpful throughout. Really appreciated his patience and expertise in getting everything working again. Great job, Talha — thank you for your excellent service!

When you go to buy, they say all the good things but after but they don’t care about anything except your monthly payment
No support or no complaint solve

When I buy they say all connected with that one this one, can do discount sale, offers etc

But nothing works, if you want to bust his system, just buy a calculator
Both does the same job

I have the system 18 months
I never ever received a email or post from this post from this people

This company is absolutely shocking.
I have been without my pos for almost 3 weeks. I eventually got sent a replacement that was faulty and the agent asked me “what have you done to it” any time I called for support I was palmed off constantly. I have 2 of these systems and I have now cancelled both and will be going with a new supplier. Avoid avoid avoid
