Worst company i have been with so far , no replies staff don't even know how to load products or prices.

Never using this company again!

We signed up with xepos told we are paying for a system up front were never informed after a year we would have to pay instalments to keep the software working. Felt like we have been hoodwinked. Also we have been waiting a very long time for a refund. Originally we were sold the product that it would be working with our shopify website this has never been a working feature. I would advise not to use xepos

I had a very disappointing experience with (ali kayani sales manager)xepose. We signed a contract for both the till (POS) machine and the card machine based on the charges that were explained to us initially. However, after just one month, the charges changed, and they started asking for additional and different fees that were never clearly mentioned at the beginning.

Another issue is that we ordered a dual-screen setup, but we are still using a single-screen machine. We were repeatedly told that the second screen was "coming soon," but it has still not been provided.

Overall, the service has been unprofessional, with poor communication and a lack of transparency regarding pricing and equipment. I would recommend that anyone considering this company carefully review all terms and get everything in writing before signing a contract.

I found XEPOS programming team to be very helpful & dedicated. In particular, Nighat & Anum’s attentive approach and passion to resolve issues really mention worthy. Thank you very much for your extra miles support.
