Delayed and Misinformed
Huge delay in my current order!
No proactive communication from the company, I have to hound them for updates.
Then, I get ‘mixed messaging’ on the reasons given for the delay. They are still not able to give a due date for delivery.
XLmoto 12th June: ‘We're pleased to confirm that the update has been successfully completed and warehouse operations are now running normally. Our team has been working through the remaining orders, and your order is progressing as planned.’
16th June: ‘We would like to inform you that the processing of your order may be slightly delayed due to current delays at the warehouse.’
17th June: ‘We are doing everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. However, at this stage, we are unfortunately unable to provide or guarantee a specific delivery date.’
Never using xlmoto again!!!

We are very sorry for the delay with your order and completely understand your frustration. We know how important it is that ordered items arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe and that our customers receive clear and consistent information about their orders.
In June, we implemented a major software upgrade that unfortunately had a significant impact on our warehouse operations during June and July, affecting the processing and dispatch of many orders. We sincerely apologize that the information you received during this period was not as clear and consistent as it should have been.
As a result, the significant increase in customer enquiries made it extremely challenging for us to communicate proactively about potential delays during this period or to manually split orders so that items already in stock could be dispatched earlier.
Fortunately, our warehouse operations have since returned to normal, and orders can once again be processed and dispatched as quickly as our customers are accustomed to.
Based on our communication with you, we can see that our Customer Care team has found a suitable solution with you regarding the affected order.
We sincerely hope that you will consider giving XLMOTO another opportunity in the future. We would be happy to show you that, following the completion of our warehouse software upgrade, we are once again able to provide the fast and reliable service our customers expect.

Too difficult to cancel order
I selected the incorrect stickers. Tried to cancel and was sent around in circles.
No actual way to cancel an order.
Very disappointing.
Now Im stuck with stickers I dont need.
Zero help on the website and no number to contact.

After reviewing the case, we can see that your cancellation request was not submitted directly to our Customer Care team, but through a channel intended for product-related questions. Unfortunately, this meant that your request could not be processed in time before the order progressed further.
While we currently do not offer customer support by phone, our Customer Care team can be reached via email, live chat, and social media, including Facebook and Instagram. Due to the high volume of enquiries we receive, we prioritize requests submitted through our dedicated Customer Care channels and generally aim to respond within 24 hours.
