Knowledgeable people, helpful have excellent products. Have not installed the part as yet, winter or raining. Just installed the product. Fits perfect though two OEM of the VW upper strut mounting screws were very difficult to remove. Have to be very careful not to strip. Neuspeed stress bar fit perfect. There is a company that makes the same. Be wary of it. It’s a fake Neuspeed and requires cutting

I got a great deal on an APR oil catch can for my 2020 VW Tiguan and it arrived the next day. The price they quoted me is what i paid unlike other places where the product was on sale but cost to ship it brought me right back to square one. in other words the price of shipping the product defeats the money saved from the sale. I will be using XL8R for my future car projects.

I was impressed with the quick turnaround in receiving my package. Very quick delivery. But my package came with missing parts. I ordered an intake and the mounting bracket was missing. That was disappointing and irresponsible.on your part. You should make sure all contents of package are included before sending out.

Called in, not sure what her name was, but a girl helped me with getting ST coilovers for my 08 m3, she was super friendly and helpful.

I got the black paddles for my 2018 Audi S5 Sportback. The shifting is crisp and the full reach of the paddle shifts equally well. The shifting in general is WAY better with these paddles as you can hold the steering wheel where you want to and still shift. It is particularly nice to be able to let the steering wheel slide through your hands and still shift while turning. On the down side, if you hold the steering wheel right where the paddles attach, your knuckles hit the back of the paddle shifters which I don’t remember with the stock paddles. The center of the paddle shifter should be a little further from the steering wheel so that your knuckles don’t hit it. Since the paddles are straight, the reach increases the further you press the paddles toward the top or bottom of the paddles. About midway, the distance is just right. I wish they found the appropriate distance and kept it consistent by curving the paddles to follow the steering wheel. I wish the color was a bit more matte to match the surrounding control arms a bit better but they look very nice. I did notice yesterday that the paddles were terribly hot when I got into the car after work and the outside temperature was 77 degrees Fahrenheit. They did cool down quickly but I suspect I'll have to be careful on a hot summer day. My only other complaint is that they are a little bit too smooth on the surface that you pull and they're a bit slippery but the holes do catch your fingers and act as a grip. I think a slightly flared lip on the outside edge of the paddle would give them a better feel.
