XLR8 is an excellent company to order from.
I had some questions and I got honest answers about what I was looking at for my application. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. If the application use is in question they tell you up front. They have a great knowledge of the product they have.
What I liked is they know what inventory they have on hand. This is why I ordered from XLR8 because they had what I wanted on hand to ship.
Excellent customer service and knowledgeable. They won my business and I am happy with what I got from them.
I will look forward to getting more from XLR8.

I made an order online from XLR8 Performance. The prices seemed very competitive, very easy to navigate through their site. I made the order on a Thursday, payment cleared, and parts were supposed to be to me by Tuesday. I checked in with them on Wednesday to get an ETA. They were quick to respond, to say they were looking into it. Friday they informed me that I needed to pay an additional 375.00, before they ship. I sent a screen shot of a competitors site and one of their site, showing the same price. They still haven't corrected the price online, they claim is wrong. Now I have an Audi S4, with the transmission out waiting for the clutch I ordered, taking up space on my lift. Almost a week later I'm still waiting for parts I paid for. I had to contact them to inquire about my order. Now they don't want to ship, due to a supposed price change. If it was incorrect they should have contacted me before billing me. Seems like a big scam.
Update 6/20/22
Company refuses to make good on the product sold. Refuses to give me representatives name. After waiting for parts that I ordered that they refuse to send, they say that they are issued a refund. This a great example of poor business ethics. This leaves me with waiting for a refund, needing to find parts elsewhere, which comes with a wait for shipping.... again. I'm not sure if this is a legitimate company or a kid trying to make sales from their parents basement?

Very helpful and fast in getting item to us. Also payment process was very easy to complete. Will definitely do business with them again in the future.
