This place has that old school dedication to customer service that you don’t find any longer. I worked with Craig (and I think one other person Bruce?) Both excellent. Craig went above and beyond for me, even unasked.

They proudly advertise a price match offer on their site with a link to request it directly for any item in the cart. As stated "PRICE MATCH REQUEST
We will price match any legitimate competitor’s advertised retail price on an identical in-stock new, undamaged, unopened product if you can provide proof of the advertised price and if the part is in stock at the advertised location."

The reality is, you submit the request with a link for an identical item being sold online from a reputable retailer and you never hear back (for over a week). Another words, either take it or leave it.
They advertise their price match policy just to make you feel good that you could be getting a good price, but they don't have any intention of actually honoring it. Speaks loudly of their business practice and makes me wary of making any purchase from them in fear of them botching an order or if I need to return something or even worse them actually working on your car.

My Recommendation? Tread carefully and proceed with caution. Better options out there at better prices.

Had intake in stock and was very helpful. Quick to respond and email back. Fast delivery. Would order from again.

Got a part and it still works like brand new. Pretty much all you can ask for when buying aftermarket parts for European Cars. Other than that, the service was reliable in responding promptly when calling by phone, and made it is easy to find and compare similar options to the genre of my auto enhancement. Did I just get lucky with this service? Maybe. I’ve had one purchase with this company, but that process went along just swell.

Overall great, only wish you carried spanner for front mss springs. Difficult to adjust by hand.

Quick response when trying to verify if they had an APR intercooler in stock when everyone else did not. Fair price and quick shipping. Total win.
