Only issue is with customer service. Need to talk to someone on the phone to clarify order and delivery date. Didn’t like email this made a confusing process even worst.

Communication is awful and colors didn’t match
The communication was awful! Every customer should have the opportunity to speak to a customer service representative directly about custom orders.
We received them and they are a bit small but work. However my biggest complaint is the greens didn’t match at all on the front of the design. It looks as if some copy pasted a blurry sticker to the front of our singlets. The mock up design looks nothing like what we received for the top part of the singlet

To ensure accurate colors, we kindly request that all customers double-check before making a payment. The pantones chosen can be found in the top left corner of your mockup. We show that you approved these specific pantone colors before making payment on 11/20/23.
If you require a different color on another order, please provide us with the Pantone # from the pantone chart placed on your invoice.
As we strive for perfection, we encourage customers to select their desired shade of color. This is why we offer a Pantone sheet that we ask you to review and require your approval of colors and mockups before finalizing payment.
Secondly, we have a highly capable phone support staff and sales staff who are readily available to provide answers over the phone. However, if you require assistance from our customer care department, they require you submit a written claim. This ensures that any issues can be accurately addressed and resolved.
We understand the importance of your team's needs, which is why we went above and beyond by allowing you to produce just 5 singlets instead of the usual 7-piece minimum. And to further assist your team, we maintained our regular price of $29.99 per singlet. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and have made every effort to ensure your satisfaction throughout this process.

‼️WARNING‼️ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! After designing and approving a singlet design with them for 60 singlets for my youth wrestling team the singlets were sent with the wrong color. I approved a Vegas gold color and received a copper or burnt orange. After going back and forth they refused to replace the singlets with the correct color and offered us a discount on new singlets. I now Have 60 singlets that look nothing like the color i approved. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

We'd like to clarify the details of the situation. You gave your approval for the mockups that included the specified pantones. We have evidence demonstrating that the pantone you approved is the one you received.
Additionally, you threatened to publicly criticize us unless we provide you with complimentary singlets in a new gold color that you personally envisioned. We extended an offer of discounted singlets priced at $22, as we were not at fault in this matter. However, you declined the offer and maintained a position of no fault. Your resolution expectations are not feasible and outside our policy.
Great price and great design
We recently outfitted our youth wrestling team with these singlets and couldn't be happier. The quality far exceeds the price point; they're durable, comfortable, and perfect for the sport. What really sets them apart is the design, especially our team logo, which looks amazing! Highly recommend for quality, value, and a great look

Order incorrect
My order of fight shorts was made incorrectly. Haven’t heard back from management on how we can correct this. Very frustrated this order took longer than expected to arrive after discussing rushing the shipment and still waiting on my order of 8 girls singlets.

This was a large order of 50 incorrect singlets
This was a large order of 50+ singlets. And, it was a horrible experience. First off The renderings looked awesome! (XPA tricked us here).. When we received the final product the cut was different, the colors were different and the placement of the lettering was also different!! So naturally we contacted XPA to discuss the screw ups and they were completely unsympathetic. They told us basically to get over the fact that they presented a false rendering. BUYER BEWARE these people do not care about customers. Turn and burn must be their philosophy

No Show on Items But Took My Money
I ordered over a month ago and my order has not moved at all. I have contacted, by email, the company three times with no response. When I called the customer service number and selected the option I needed from the automated system, it told me that the number was no longer in service. To be clear this company has taken my money and now I have found no way to contact them at all.

Impressive quality singlets.
We ordered a large quantity of singlets for our wrestlers and are so impressed! They are very well made and durable. The ordering process was easy and XPA was very responsive with any concerns. We can't wait to see team photos in our new gear!

My experience.
Placed order on Wed April 27 for purpose of having it for a trip Thurs May 5th and unfortunately, I was let down. All the red tape with processing had me place a vacation hold with FedEx because I could wait no longer. Nice quality of singlet, processing speed needs to be just a day faster. May place another order in the future, we shall see. Too many nerd singlets to choose from and save my wallet...lol
