Awful material and terrible customer service
DO NOT order from here! The material is cheap and see thru for the singlets. Also, if it doesn’t fit they won’t let you return for a refund, but they’ll offer you 20% off your next order. I’m sick, I just completely wasted money on an item my daughter will never be able to use. I feel like I was robbed.

Hi Kim, Our brand focuses on offering made-to-order items, meaning that processing an online order can take up to 8-15 business days - not including shipping time and production in the regular season. This is indicated in our FAQs as well as the confirmation email sent after each purchase – unfortunately, we cannot cancel once it has been placed since it's already being produced. Many other wrestling companies have a similar process too. However, if this was missed or miscommunicated somehow, I apologize. Refused to help with shipping issue
I ordered a singlet for my son. Although the tracking shows as delivered, I never received the item. I checked my Ring camera and FedEx was never at our house the date that it says it was delivered. I filed a claim with FedEx and it was denied stating that the seller has to file the claim. I contacted customer service at XPA and asked them to file a claim as the seller, since that was the process for FedEx. I was told that they were unable to file a claim since the status was showing as delivered. Customer service at XPA gave me a number to call at FedEx for assistance. I called the number given and again was told that XPA has to file the claim. I reached back out to XPA requesting that they file a claim so that FedEx could investigate and I never received a response. Between the price of the item and the amount that I paid for priority shipping, I am out almost $100.

Product seems to be very good
Product seems to be very good. But, ordering kinda sucked because once I paid. I had no email confirmation or anything on if order went through. Then all you have is a contact that tells a customer pretty much nothing. 3 days into it, I finally got email saying it was shipped.

Wrestled for many years growing up and…
Wrestled for many years growing up and owned a number of singlets. Now I’m college, and competing in powerlifting and in need of a new one. Found a singlet that was Tombstone themed, which is hands down the greatest movie ever made, and fits great! Very happy with my purchase.

See-through
Bought a singlet for my daughter. The material seems much cheaper than other singlets she has used. It’s a dark colored singlet but it’s see-through and not useable. The fit is great, so it’s not over-stretched from being too small. Just cheap, see-through material.

Slow order processing, didn't get singlet for needed tournaments.
We ordered a singlet from them because it said it would ship between 3-6 business days and we'd have it in 10. We had two tournaments lined up that my son needed the singlet, but it never arrived until 20+ business days. Their customer service kept saying "we are really busy, but you'll get it in a few days" and it took much more time. The singlet itself is nice, the cut under the arm pits is too loose, but otherwise it's nice. Just wish it would have arrived in the time frame specified so we could have actually used it...

I ordered two singlets one for my 4 year old and one for my 7 year old. When they arrived my boys could not wait to try them on. They fix extremely well. I have an email tread with customer service, she was amazing to work with and very very helpful. 10 out of 10 will buy from them again.

Somewhat disappointed in a few things
Somewhat disappointed in a few things. 1. the color is not black as shown but more Smokey grey. 2. The sizing was strange - very short in crotch but long in legs. 3. Your return/exchange policy. Shipping was as expected. Really wanted to love it and my son was very excited using his own money to purchase. Lesson learned 😕

Ordered youth wrestling shoes for my son. They are NOT GOOD! Stay with the mainstream brands. You and your child will be disappointed if your order these.

This company will NOT refund your money if you are unhappy with their products! Buyer beware of a company that does not stand behind their products to offer you a refund only store credit!

Most standard stores like AMAZON for example, offer refunds and NOT store credit. In addition, they offer free shipping back if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Sad state of affairs when you blame your business practices on what others do rather that standing behind the quality of your products. Speaks volumes about your company.
At best, the build quality of these shoes are substandard. Would love to see a video of someone actually putting these shoes on! Especially, a youth wrestler. It would be hysterical 😭 You need a foot the size of their hands to get these shoes on. Where these a reject/seconds from a Chinese factory? I would purchase any shoes from this company. Stay with the standard brands (Rudis, Adidias, Nike, etc.) Please learn from my mistake and do NOT do business with this company!

I can find no videos listed on your website of someone trying on these youth wrestling shoes or any shoes for that matter. Google Xpagear youth shoes and click on the link. Check it out for yourself.
I believe I should take these shoes to national tournaments where our club competes and let other youth wrestlers attempt to try them on. That way folks do not have to endure the same problems I have and be swindled out of their hard earned cash.

Funny this video link was posted yesterday with 3 views after it was brought to your attention. Why won’t the coach say his name? The show size is so large it looks like the poor kid is sporting Ronald McDonald shoes. We took the laces totally out of the shoe and they don’t fit. It’s a terrible design and horrible build quality. You also turned off the comments so folks can’t give truthful feedback on your products. Just another example of a sketchy business practice. Our club will be at National Tournament this weekend. I’ll post videos on YouTube of kids trying on a pair. It will be hilarious 🤣, because these shoes are JUNK!
EVERYBODY just stay with the mainstream brands (Rudis, Adidas, Nike, etc.) for your team needs!

Charitable contributions, while noble, do not change the fact, that the product I received is poor quality. Mainstream companies actually refund customers who are not satisfied with the workmanship of their products.

RUDIS prides itself in customer service. To have the best possible online experience, customers are provided with a 60-day return policy on unused merchandise. All that is required from the customer, is to send back the items in their original packing and in new/unwashed condition.
Returns available for items up to 60 days of the purchase date.

There’s nothing wrong with the functionality of the shoes, you can return them for store credit. The strap on the youth shoes can be too small if the kid has bigger ankles. We note this in the shoe description.
We’re coming out with more shoes and appreciate your input. We also suggest sizing up if your kid has a larger than usual foot.

UPDATE: We do offer refunds but as a standard policy across most online stores in the US, we don't offer money-back on sale items, only store credit (listed in our FAQs.) We're also paying for the customer's shipping to get the shoes back to try and accommodate him.

Guess what? we also make all of our gear in-house in Colorado employing over 20 families, we don't outsource to a mill like Rudis, and we don't make our gear overseas like the other multi-million dollar companies you want to compare to.

UPDATE #10 I never called you a troll, I simply stated what you were doing. You're wrong on what most "mainstream" companies do, sale items are offered in-store credit or they don't allow a return at all. Even Amazon allows the seller to determine this.
Note: "Amazon.com doesn't accept returns for items fulfilled by third-party sellers. The seller determines the return policy."
Your $65 has been refunded despite company policies just to try and accommodate you.
UPDATE #11 You're grabbing a policy from Rudis on new items purchased, we offer the same thing within a 30-day window.
Go ask Rudis if you can return something you bought on sale for a refund or better yet, try to buy shoes on sale from them and see if they'll give you the pair for free like we just did.

Love the quality of the uniforms. I got the order on time and communicated well with getting my order but after I received them I had an issue that I needed fixed and have been weeks trying to get someone to contact me. Still nothing. I will not be ordering anything from them in the future.

I started wrestling my softmore year and fell in love and continued my junior year but with covid my senior season stopped cuz I have a high risk mom at home. After I completed high school and turned 18, I was so sad and mad that I couldn’t wrestle and then I saw that there was a folk style tournament coming up in Atlanta for adults. In was in 3 weeks but I didn’t have any gear only my old shoes. So I went searching for gear to wear. I got lucky and found this site. They had singlets and headgear which is what I needed. So I bought some head gear and bought a mystery bundle that had 1 singlet, 1 compression top, and 1 pair of fight shorts. For 60$ a steal so I bought it. There was free shipping if you paid over 120$ in gear so I also bought a knee pad. That made it a total of 120 plus 6$ in shipping. I needed the gear to wrestle. I expected them to get to me in 2 weeks but it came to me 4 days after I ordered. When I got it I was so in love I got an amazing gladiator (red) singlet and a really sweet blue, green, and grey dash pattern on white compression top and shorts. They feel great and I love them so much. I’m so thankful for Xtremepro for the amazing gear. If you are ever on the fence with it please go get it. Im so confident in them to where if they are around when I have kids and my children want to wrestle I’m getting there gear at this site. <33
