Good, but becarefull
While i do believe that this company ahs good intentions, i don't think they are good to do business fundint with. For example i asked for a $5,000 loan and with the intreast it bumped it up to just over $7,000, now add on processing fees etc, by the time thats said and done i recieved just over $4,250. While i for sure needed this for payroll as my clients arent paying me on time i needed something. My payments are daily $125.00 for working days for 6 months. I had to switch banks was not aware that it takes 7 days to refelct on their end so to my knowledge payments where still going through. I was then $912.00 past do with daily payments still coming out, i then had to pay this and still have daily payments coming out. I did but then i had put a stop payment on it because again clients didn't pay me in time and i wanted to avoid $50.00 charge. When a payment is declien with Xuper you pay a $75.00 fee. Again all understandble. While i mentioned i was up set at being notifed 3 weeks alter on overdue payment i was treated as if i was avoiding paying bills which iw asn't as they still took out daily payments. To my understanding i thought they would be like normal loan payment where if it fails but successful the next day it is rectified which is not the case. So i suggest really understanding how their payments work. I am now $4,565 left to pay and again same situation, while they have been some what understanding they expect daily payments to still come out and then pay overdue payments at the same time which creates a whole mess, especially for a small business such as myself. They either want you to pay the overdue payment in whatever way they agree with and often want proof that you haven't been paid by the clients you have, and to me that seems to be a bit much. While i have every intention of paying what I owe, i think that things should change. If a person is apst due stop daily payments until it is back up and running. Don't keep pulling money, especially when a client says there's nothing there or it will keep declining. Be a bit understanding that not everyone brings in hundreds of thousands of dollars and can just give you funds, and while stating legal action just to scare someone into paying the bill isn't going to change the fact that money isn't there. I have always communicated and made sure to send what I could. So I also think customer service needs to improve, especially when your client is cooperating and not avoiding you and trying to find a way to make it work. Personally, if you are looking for funding, try another loan company like Buzz capital
