Pension information
After having a dreadful time using xps over the last few years, regarding my pension, I telephoned them today and spoke with Peter who was very helpful and answered all my questions in a professional and helpful manner. I hope previous issues regarding contacting them and obtaining valuations and projections have now been resolved.

Friendly mender of staff who tried to help with my query but was unable to as lack of information available
Ridiculous situation, I retired on 30th June and still no resolution to my query despite friendly staff no doubt I’ll be phoning again numerous times

Karen and Mandy were very helpful
The 2 representatives (karen and Mandy) I spoke with were both very pleasant and as helpful as they could be, talking me through the process of trying to log into my account and about the pension i was looking for. Unfortunately the issue was not able to be fully resolved (hence not the 5 stars) but this did not detract from their professionality and friendlyness.

Had an issue over accessing my on-line account. Five minute wait time to get through to a helpful human (which these days, sadly, is quick) and all my needs in setting up and verifying my account sorted within about 10 mins on the phone. Perfect outcome, helpful staff, sorted. Thank you.
