Joined and choked.
3 interview rounds. Founder meet wer awful rude and demeaning. But i thot it was there way of being strict and assessing.
Recruiter was helpful and showed me couloured picture of the company. I joined and instead of getting a heart welcome, i came to office to hear madam goswamy abusing and shouting on the floor. I was told not to worry. after 2 hr i again heard mr rohit blasting some team member with degrading language and abuse. It became a daily rutine of bulshit. I also spk with their HR head. she said no no dont worry its the way they operate but they dont mean it. so i ws like sorry lady, but this is not there home and i am not their child. the culture in the office is depressing. never to join such company again,

"I worked here only short time but experience was horrible. Company culture is toxic, management behave like we are slaves not employees. They make you work 6 days and sometimes even Sunday. No labor law followed, only pressure and gunda style.

Boss insult people in front of everyone, harass and humiliate like normal thing. Respect zero, environment totally negative. Typical mindset of controlling and shouting. No growth, no peace, no dignity here.

Better to stay away from this company if you respect yourself."

Owners are rude, behave as GOD, want people to work 7days, 12hrs a day. If target not met, they will fire you and until then will ensure you are insulted every minute. They will abuse you, tell you that you are worthless. They want slaves not employees. They are happy to insult demean and make you feel disgusted.
