Thanks for you half truth but i appriciate you put that issue me a notice of cancelation and second claim is information not claim. If you calim and money or any work is done against that claim then yes it is claim but that is not the scene here. But anyway i have right to say how you treat me and last day of my policy you tell me the truth. Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At XYZ Insurance Services Ltd, we value all customer feedback, whether positive or negative, as it helps us continually improve our service.
However, we feel it is important to clarify certain points to ensure an accurate understanding of the circumstances surrounding your policy.
Prior to the inception of your policy, you completed a recorded Compliance Call during which you were reminded of your duty to provide complete and accurate information. You were also advised that any inaccurate or incomplete disclosure could result in additional premiums, amendments to cover, or cancellation of the policy. As with all insurance contracts, responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided rests with the policyholder.
During the sales process, you disclosed a motor insurance claim dated 01/12/2025 and advised that this had been settled on a fault basis. Following policy inception, the insurer carried out routine checks using the Claims and Underwriting Exchange (CUE) database. These checks identified an additional theft claim dated 30/03/2026 which had not been disclosed when the policy was arranged.
Upon being notified of this information by the insurer, we contacted you promptly regarding the potential cancellation of the policy and also sourced an alternative quotation to help maintain your insurance cover. During our discussions, you advised that you were exploring alternative quotations before making a decision.
We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that we "take money from customers for nothing". Throughout this matter, we acted in accordance with our regulatory obligations and worked to assist you in finding a suitable insurance solution following the insurer's review of the information disclosed.
