I was away on a long holiday, and when I returned, I found that my account had been closed without any prior notification or explanation. The only message I received was:
“As part of our latest review, which includes looking at credit agency data, we’ve had to make the decision to permanently close your account.”
It feels like the company simply wants customers to use their card without taking any new credit, and will close the account if they believe the customer is taking on additional credit elsewhere.

Swapped over from AMEX and glad I did. Really impressed by Yonder and especially the flexibility to spend points on things that I actually want rather than pigeonholed into some random corporate partnership that has 0 relevance to the users. Yonder partnerships are generally local to me and interesting - big thumbs up.

Just great. I’m a customer for over 2 years now. Yonder are fixing the UK credit card problem. Love it, thanks a a lot!

seamless experience from opening to using my card

I'v only been a credit card member for a few days so far moving from Tesco, but the app is really easy to use. I use the card for all my household spending so will hopefully be able to claim my rewards point pretty soon, seems like a good selection to choose from.

Horrible experience. Customer service is at a very poor standard. The app and sign-up has many technical issues which means you don't get the referral bonus you signed up for and neither does your friend. Selected to open a credit card, it automatically gives me a debit card and the app crashes every time I request to upgrade. Contacted customer service, calls are answered by AI every time. No call backs only a message in live chat by non supporting team. The same issues I've had since joining Yonder 2 weeks ago, still persist. Terrible, absolutely terrible experience. Go for AMEX, if you can't then there is Barclays Avios, Virgin Atlantic etc. So many good options out there but Yonder is not one of them. Avoid.

Yonder is an amazing product! It is my favorite financial services platform and one of my favorite apps. Yonder puts the user first, and I am behind them 100%. The user experience amazing and the customer service is also really great!

When I got the card and paid for the full Credit Membership, I was a bit sceptical regarding the travel insurance and the perks that came with it. I am very happy I got the card and all that it has done for me regarding travelling. I don't pay extra charges when paying for goods and services when abroad, and I get the best exchange rate. One of the best features is how it itemises the purchases with the dates. At the end of the day, you see what you have spent.

I have used the customer service for the insurance claim, and they were very helpful and very quick to respond to my issue. This card is my go-to card, and it has the best APR. I tell my friends about the card, and they are very impressed.

They are always adding new rewards and cities where you can use them. I know they will one day rival American Express and surpass it.

An offer that I was suspicious about but it was real. The account is so easy to set up and easy to navigate.

First card compromised not sure we're so cancelled and another card different card and number given , second card compromised this time I hadn't used the new card anywhere?? So I wonder were on earth this got compromised? Ive now cancelled my account as Im very confused and wondered how a card can be compromised without using it ? I've now closed my account and I had over 7000 points not worth the hassle and worry so wouldn't advise people get this card

super easy to get started and the onboarding was very fast. I took this card because the airline points on my other card are regularly being made more worthless.

Would give less but couldn’t possibly account has been suspended for nothing an asking for my main bank statements which have been sent I don’t understand what an account not in there bank has to do with them I’ve been contacting these every day for a number of days an not heard a thing back while I have my money withheld from me for no reason at all I have two small kids at home your customer service is beyond a joke bunch of jokers you tell that to your team and tell billy to get back to me he’s been ignoring me for days while I’ve been explaining an patiently waiting I will be taking this further and brining this to a solicitor if not sorted as I can see youse do this to multiple accounts by your history an reviews I will be shutting down my account for this appalling behaviour

App isn't that easy to log in to and navigate, compared to NatWest and Halifax for example. I go to make a purchase online for around three hundred pounds. It is declined even after I verify through biometrics in the app.Not mention I thousands of pounds below my limit. Account now suspended for possibly up to three days according to chat. Embarrassing.

Great credit card to have- amazing rewards program, superlative service. The only reason it’s not a five star is that limit revisions can take time. But well worth having this credit card in your wallet!

This company is a disgrace. Took my auto payment and the returned it. Money left acct and then came back. Then started chasing me to say I hadn’t paid. This is NOT a competitor to Amex. It is a front end application sitting on top of unstable fintechs like Griffin and Go Cardless to present a “better” UX. Do not be fooled!!!
