For being my first card in the uk, its great, easy to use, great customer service. I feel safe on always being able to use it. Good benefits

I registered for the card because it seems to be one of the few cards to offer 0% fees abroad, travel insurance and rewards/cash back.

I found the registration process to be easy and the app is also user friendly

I can honestly say I’ve never been obsessed with the a credit card before but Yonder is just so fantastic. User friendly, great perks and love that there are location specific rewards.

Good rewards but credit limit is too low, ive paid ontime every month for 9 months now but cant increase fron the basic £1200, they have discounts on flights but I cant use it to buy business class, first or group booking because of the limit

Absolutely amazing card. The interface is so good to use and the rewards are local and cool as hell.

The rewards idea is amazing, especially with other bigger reward card companies who don’t give the option for a free card. Even the card that does have a monthly fee is incredible the offers are 10/10!

Yet again this Closed Credit Card account is still showing on my updated credit score today as Active on TransUnion.

The file was updated on 25/07/2026 according to TransUnion. This account was paid in full and closed in December 2025.

I’ve had multiple calls and emails with this companies Customer Service and STILL this simple task has yet to be completed correctly.

I’ve had multiple credit cards and loans over the years and have NEVER known a company not update the credit reference agencies correctly. This account was showing at Settled a few moths ago and then it changed back to Active the following month.

Every time I update a complaint on here they add a ridiculous response stating sometime it takes a while for credit reference agencies to update their files.
This is clearly not anyone’s fault but Yonder’s.

I would absolutely AVOID this incompetent company and use an established bank for a credit card.

Wow. Been with them for 2 weeks specifically for any work expenses.

Decided to suspend my account for “routine checks” with no clear update via email at the exact point when I needed it.

Surely routine checks can happen without suspension. It’s never happened in 10 years of using previous provider.

Awful. And followed by a cheerful response after “checks have been complete”!

Terrible service. This was done at the point I’ve used only £300 of my £5k limit.

What’s the point of a ccard if it’s unusable when you need it.

its been a great journey - someone doing things a little differently to ensure some good out of your spending - exchange rate for Europe is insane with no costs - need more use of that abroad amazing

I opened account I used card they blocked payment and closed my account and didn't give any reason

Its a a clean, well designed application with usage clear and easy to use. A lot of fun experiences to use. Love the humour on the website, and in the emails!

The credit card always works pretty reliably abroad more so than the mainstream cards I have. Superior tech.

Took the card out In November 25, gave me a limit of £2,400, with an interest rate of 12.4% (lowest APR I've ever been offered, so my credit score couldn't of looked that bad)...

Made a purchase in Feb 26 for £250 approx... Thought I'd make small payments to build up some payment history, which should help with limit increases... Got an email beginning of August 26 saying they're dropping my limit down to £500?! What's the point of a £500 limit. I'm in my 30's... That's what I used to get offered by Vanquis at 18 with no credit history!

Just as bad as Barclays. I got offered a Barclaycard platinum balance transfer offer of 0% for 38 months, applied, and got offered a limit of £500?!

I applied for Lloyd's credit card when I got this notification from Yonder a few weeks ago... Was approved and got a limit of £5,200?!

So fed up of credit card companies being all over the place with their criteria, offering a certain limit one moment, then changing it for absolutely no reason what so ever. Going to pay my Yonder off now and close it... Cheers Yonder 👍

Easy to apply , quick response and clarity all you could ask for

I’ve always been a bit on the fence about paying a fee for a credit card but i do think in the case of Yonder it’s worth it,
One thing i especially like is the ability to pay my balance weekly and that makes it easier to stay in control and i wish other credit card companies would offer that,
I also managed to save £150 on my original hotel booking for NYC using Yonder hotels within the app,
Only had the card for a short time but so far it’s a great card

Love Yonder! The rewards are so good, I love seeing what's new each month, and it always feels like you're getting something substantial back with your points.
