ok wow- strong SCAM Vibes! I just had the WORST experience with these guys. Brand new beauty clinic trying to get my name out there. They called at the worst time as I was just getting ready for back to back clients and trying to organize myself and asked if we could reschedule. They were so persistent and said it would only be a couple of minutes etc so I followed their prompts until I said I couldn't afford their programme right now so they discounted it. Next thing they're getting me to fill in my bank details after a very generous discount was applied. What I thought was strange is I didnt actually get to see how much the discounted price came down too before moving onto the next pages for the CC details. I hit the back button to check the price again and everything had cleared. At this stage I was becoming late for my first client and asked to reschedule, the lady was extremely persistent and said it will only be another couple of minutes and that the offer was for first in first served as they were going to call others to fill the spot if I didnt take it (BS!). I said I was going to hang up and needed to reschedule. (I also wasn't prepared to pay $$ for something I was being pushed into with little research). She then proceeded to call me 10 times in 2 hours when I already said I with clients. This morning she called back again and I said based on the persistent calls yesterday I had made me change my mind and therefore would not being using their business. She then became very defensive, argumentative and hung up on me. Hmmm

My experience with this SEO company has been extremely disappointing. In my opinion, they are very expensive for the results delivered, and every time they contacted me it felt like they were trying to upsell something rather than support my business. I felt talked down to and not treated with basic respect as a customer.

I also found much of their communication confusing and at times misleading, which has left me with a really negative impression of how they operate. Because of my experience, I’m now exploring my options with VCAT to resolve what I believe were unfair business practices.

Based on what I’ve gone through, I would not recommend this company to other small business owners.

I had a very disappointing experience with Your Business Listing. I joined in May and was repeatedly told my clinic Lux Me would appear in the top three results on Google search for my area. After three months of paying for the service, this never happened. My visibility on Google did not improve in the way they promised.

When I cancelled at the end of August, things got even worse. After the contract ended, my Google Business profile for Lux Me effectively disappeared. My business information was removed and now my clinic has no proper presence on Google. This has made it harder for clients to find me and I have been losing business while trying to restart the entire verification process with Google from scratch.

In my view this is unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I feel I paid for a result that was not delivered and then my existing online presence was damaged when I left. I am now considering lodging a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria about this experience. I would not recommend this company to other small business owners.

Rory and the team at Business Listing go the extra mile to make sure your business stands out from your competition. They have even assisted me when competitors have attempted to leave poor feedback pretending to being customers. They have had with google reviews removed when I could not even get a response from them. Highly recommended!

I don't know what kind of caffeine Rory runs on, but whatever it is, It's clearly more effective than my morning coffee. From the second he said hello i knew i was going to be looked after well. He is very knowlegable about what he does and i am happy with his service. Would happily reccommend him and his team!
