We’re disappointed to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.

We know how important genuine customer reviews are when considering a business or its services. Our customers are able to share their experiences and feedback with us through independent review platforms, including Trustpilot and ProductReview.com.au. You can view feedback from our existing and previous customers on these platforms.

Unfortunately, our business is not eligible for a Google Business Profile. Google requires businesses to meet specific eligibility criteria, including having a qualifying physical customer-facing location or an eligible service-area setup. As we do not meet these requirements, we are not permitted to create or maintain a Google Business Profile.

We believe it is important that customers still have access to genuine feedback about our business, which is why independent review platforms are valuable. As you can see from our existing reviews, we have many customers who have been happy with our services, as well as customers whose experiences have not met their expectations.

While it is naturally disappointing when a customer is unhappy with our service, we value that feedback just as much as positive feedback. Constructive feedback gives us an opportunity to understand where we may have fallen short and continually improve the service we provide.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re dissatisfied with your experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to provide further feedback. We have addressed your concerns on ProductReview and are happy to provide some further clarification.

Our money-back guarantee is a genuine commitment. Where a client meets the eligibility requirements outlined in our guarantee and the agreed targets have not been achieved within the specified timeframe, we process the applicable refund. There has never been a situation where an eligible customer has been refused a refund.

We value the long-term relationships we have with our clients, and our goal is for every business we work with to achieve genuine, measurable results. We remain committed to doing everything we can to help our clients achieve this.

Search rankings can fluctuate for a number of reasons, including location, search history, device, search settings, competition and ongoing changes to Google’s search results. As a result, two people searching the same keyword can sometimes see different results, even when using the exact same search term.

We’re always happy to review specific ranking data and reporting with a client directly. We understand that you provided evidence of the results you were seeing; however, these results did not align with the ranking data recorded in our reporting at the time. We would be happy to investigate this discrepancy further and review the information with you directly.

That said, we take the accuracy and integrity of our reporting very seriously. To be clear, our ranking reports are not fabricated. They are supported by screenshots showing the search term being tracked and the ranking position recorded at the time, allowing our clients to see exactly what has been reported. We have never, and would never, fabricate results.
