Cold called me, then they didn't speak for 10-15 seconds. Then lied about being on mute accidently. Didn't say who they were from at first and went straight into the sales pitch. Lied about a postcard being sent (never received). I had to ask who they were with the answer being "YBL" assuming I even know what that is.

They called i just let them do their sales pitch(a newbie and his supervisor both from the uk), i said i have to think about it! which of course its smart to research before any purchase/contract also i had had a really bad day and couldnt think straight. The supervisor was very rude and didn't like that I had to think about it and was questioning everything, call ended and he had actually made me upset.

A few weeks later they call back - it clicked a little bit into it that they were the same guys but the newbie said he only arrived in the country a week ago (which when i figured they had called me before I asked how long ago they called me last they said 2 weeks so lie).

They then start talking about their 20km range to get us ranked #1. They tell me a few suburbs they mention Northlakes i say I'm not bothered ranking there and he pushes and asks why and I say for our industry we need old homes and all the homes are new. (turns out we rank #1 for that suburb anyway). Each time he mentioned a suburb I'd say we already rank there he would argue saying no.. so and so company comes up but thing is they are googling from a whole different state so if they knew how google searches work it goes off ip address and what they goggle, the results are not the same as someone googling from our state.

After their spewl (i was wasting their time like they did to me) I say i just redid my website and have to see how that converts first he says website has nothing to do with seo.. wtf haha! I then snap and say i remember how rude he was and i had a family member pass away that day and told him why would I work with someone so rude he quickly apologised and hung up.

Anyway I had a look into it as they say they will rank you in the top 3. I looked at the 20km radius (21 suburbs) we rank 1st in 18 of them, then the other 3 we rank 3rd so all are in the top 3 (main industry key word). Considering all our competitors have been running for a minimum for 5 years and we have only been running for under a year. Those 3 we ranked 3rd, might pop up after website settles or ill just do 1-2 posts on google then we will easily rank those.

They were either looking for a easy rank / easy money or not searching correctly. End of the day they were rude, pushy and incorrect information.

Tara is great to work alongside with. She always greets you with a warm welcome, is informative with information she has, and is always willing to go the extra mile.

Well. I just found it misleading. At the beginning I got the very strong impression I could cancel if I changed my mind. But it turned out they required 30 days notice to cancel, so unless I cancelled literally on the first day I signed up, I could not prevent being charged for the 2nd month. So all up I was charged nearly NZ$800 for a product I decided I didn't want. I don't know about the service, I just decided not to go ahead and that was the cost of changing my mind.
