Truly disappointing. What was advertised wasn't in stock. I was patient and waited. I am the one who had to reach out several times. Nobody made effort to remedy the situation even when I offered to take a partial order. Please treat your customers better.

I am trying to return this product and 2 lots of packaging, umpteen emails, 4 trips to DHL drop offs and 2 sets of return labels I am unable to progress this return. I bought the harness and Tractive bundle. Tractive requires you to subscribe to a contract that was not clear to me. I spent a lot of money for a parcel
Sitting in my house waiting for a way to return it internationally…. It comes from the US but in the end it’s coming from China from what I can see. I am not sure if I will ever get my money back. Returns are at customer’s cost.

I am using the Navigator for my two cats now for over three years. We use it for international air travel. Easy in and out. They even like to hang out in it when we don't travel. The carrier looks like new even after all the heavy use. Great quality.

I love being able to take Meka with me and people LOVE seeing her out and about at the beach, farmers market, coffee shop … she does it all!

We are very happy with all our Travel Cat accessories 🐾 our cat is on the larger side (about 6kg🤭) and the Navigator bag is SO supportive for his weight and size. This bag has been very well thought out, we love all the storage compartments for snacks/ water storage and that the doors can roll up with clips to keep the cat inside the bag. We also use The Day Tripper harness daily - with the minimalistic design it seems very comfortable even with the gps tracker attatched. We tested a few bags before and none came close to the quality of Travel Cat, would definitely recommend for your fur babies 🐈‍⬛

Our senior cat loves this backpack. He took to it immediately and even naps in it when not on a walk. I love that we get to safely enrich his final years.

Ordered a backpack for 200€ due to good reviews by some cat influencers. It said it will be shipped on 1st of July and delivered in a couple of business days after that. I really needed that backpack for travels on 14th of July (so plenty of time). However, by 4th I haven't heard anything, so I sent an email. I got a response that it would be escalated for immediate processing.

I guess it's not that immediate as almost a week later still no update. Don't buy from this company if you have a deadline.

Edit: After reaching out for the second time, I received my backpack super quickly. Also included a toy for free. The backpack seems nice, will test it on a flight tomorrow and update the review.

I purchased two harnesses with the intent of keeping one for my cat (not knowing which size fit best). I paid for and sent one harness back to Travel cat, which according to tracking was received over 6 weeks ago. However, no refund and a million absurd excuses from the company. Terrible customer service and just being honest.

No rain cover, ii this pack is for hiking, why doesn’t have this very basic feature? Does not designer know cat is afraid of rain?

Overall I have really enjoyed my experience with Travel Cat, I had browsed their website before but never purchased anything. Once I started training my cat to go outside with a harness I received from a friend, I knew I wanted to purchase at least one harness from Travel Cat. The harnesses shipped out within a day of me placing the order and arrived super quick! It fit both my cats incredibly well and these were much easier to get on my cats without much struggle. I feel confident that they won’t slip out of these ones and will definitely be purchasing more in the future!!

The navigator backpack was a gamchanger for bringing my cat on hikes! It is super comfy, doesn't sag, and keeps my kitty comfortable whether riding inside or on top. There's lots of space for water bottles/snacks/treats too. It was soooo worth the purchase.

We bought The Navigator and The Boop Coop. Both really well made products. As soon as you open them you can tell that it’s been made well and they’re both very sturdy. The navigator is great for carrying one of our cats on a walk, and the Boop Coop is perfect for vet trips (so our two boys can stay together for moral support). I found it so hard to find a carrier that fits two cats, but the Boop Coop is the perfect fit. It’s also nice and tall, which gives them enough space to sit up if they want to. It also has attachments for their harnesses. We’ve even had comments on how good it looks in the vet waiting room!

I've been using the navigator cat backpack for a week now and both myself and my cat are loving it. Storage for a couple water bottles (or coffee and water 🙂). More storage on the other side and inside. I also found a good spot to mount an action camera for in bag footage of our travels. My 5 month old kitten Naya did manage to jump out and dangle one or twice from her harness but I think she's learned already not to do that.
With both the top and front mesh open Naya gets to look at the world and sometimes reach out and touch things. The only minor issue is inside leash length. I wish the two leashes were in different spots (one at the top and one at bottom of inside the bag). Just so you have more variation with leash lengths.
I also have the fat cat backpack but have yet to try it. Will probably be hard to decide between the two on which one to keep.

customer service goes above and beyond with a quick and courteous response. they were able to solve my issue extremely conveniently leaving me very satisfied with the results. the staff truly seems to love and care about cats. the harnesses are superior to all other harnesses i’ve tried. definitely worth the money to make sure your kitty is comfortable and secured in. the backpack… i have the airy outdoors backpack for camping/hiking and let me tell you my cat LOVES it. he uses it in the car, the house, stores, on walks, camping, everything. i’ve never used to sideways as a carrier to the vet but the vet staff seems to like the backpack better as well! he doesn’t get jerked around as much as in a side carrier. he loves to be strapped in and have the back screen fully open to he can look out at everything. 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting to take their fur babies out safely and comfortably! 🧡 not to mention, they partnered with jackson galaxy so they must have his seal of approval!

When I chose to adopt Shuri, my little Bengal of 5 months, I had the desire to share a maximum of things with her and, outdoor walks. As an Instagram enthusiast, I saw many humans walking their companions in what seemed to me to be great backpacks. By looking at the photos, I was able to discover your brand "Travel Cat / Your Cat Backpack". Being French, I hesitated for a long time before ordering, especially for shipping costs but also customs. However, I decided because all the reviews I read were glowing, which was not the case for other brands seen on Amazon. In truth, I have no regrets about it at all. I chose the model "The Navigator" which was then waiting for restocking. As soon as it was restocked, I received my order carefully packaged. This model is of an incredible quality. Everything is designed to resist small claws and cat bites: inside and out. The finishes are neat and the materials ultra resistant. There are a lot of appreciable details (short leashes inside the bag, many pockets for the carrier, comfortable interior for the little cat, many openings with double slides to facilitate opening, wide and comfortable bag straps, support at the belt,... ).
Currently, Shuri and I are learning. I carry her by putting the bag in front of me to allow me to see her and analyze her reactions. She has adopted this bag and is now positioning herself to claim her outings. I would like to point out that before we got to this point, we proceeded step by step, with a reward system, and without ever forcing her to go inside. As soon as I received it, I positioned the bag in the living room and put her toys in it. I let her do it. It was only after a month that I started, little by little to bring her inside, then to close the "doors", then to take a few steps in the house, then on the balcony,...
In truth, we both adopted it. I am really more than delighted with this ultra qualitative purchase. Thank you for providing us with such product quality.

My cats and I absolutely love our Fat cat backpack. Chang is used to wearing his harness and I am at present clicker training Lao to enable him to be used to wearing his harness. I keep the backpack open and in my hallway so that my boys get used to its presence and smell. Your Travel Cat is a fabulous female run company that not only have items that are made for your cat but also run seminars that facilitate how to train your cat in wearing their harnesses and become used to being in their backpack or carrier.My 😻😻’s and I love their products

Love everything I have gotten from this company. Durable, perfectly sized and beautiful colors. I have 2 backpacks, retractable and fixed leashes, several harnesses and the boop coupe. All incredible stuff. Can't wait to see what else they come up with!
