I have nothing but positive feedback to give about Your Cat Backpack by Travel Cat!

I was struggling with finding a comfortable and secure harness for my cat and had tried several bought online and from pet stores, when I came across this company. I ordered "The True Adventurer" harness which had all of the things I was looking for; snug but comfortable fit, adjustable and a reflective strip. The sizing guide is really helpful - get down past all the floof! We've been out on several adventures since, and this is the only harness we've used where I can honestly say that I am not afraid of my girl slipping out, which results in really enjoyable and worry-free adventures for the both of us!
There was a manufacturing defect with the leash that came with the harness, where the metal pin was slightly too small and slipped through the opening, but I reached out to customer support and received a more than satisfactory response. In any case, we use a retractable leash on our adventures so this wasn't an issue for us. All of the other products I have from them have been checked and are in perfect condition.

Since then, I've also purchased "The Fat Cat" backpack for longer adventures and those that are further from home. The size is just perfect for my girl - she has room to turn around and can curl up comfortably when looking out of the bubble. It also has a clip on and bungee to attach to her harness, which is perfect for her to safely pop out and look around from the top opening of the backpack when we walk/drive around. Though my main concern is the safety and comfort of my cat, an added bonus is that the backpack is comfortable for me to carry around too!

The customer service is also fantastic. Quick responses and it is clear that they care about each and every customer, taking the time to provide helpful and individual responses (no templates!).

I’ve recently ordered more travel gear – "The Meowbile Home" Bed / Cave, "The Reward Ready" Treat Pouch, "The Travel Buddy" Food & Water Dish, and "The Porta-Pawty" Travel Litter Box. Really can’t wait for this order to arrive!

I have used "The True Adventurer" reflective cat and kitten harness and "The Fat Cat" cat backpack for over a year now. Travel Cat offers a sizing chart that is very helpful and accurate. The harness is virtually escape proof, and the reflective light is great for evening and nighttime adventures!

The fat cat backpack is the ultimate backpack! I have carried THREE cats (a one-year-old cat and two 8-month old kittens) in the backpack through TSA and on an airplane with no accidents. This backpack is my cat's safe space whenever we're out. He even hangs out in it around our apartment.

The backpack has great ventilation and is equipped with a clip and bungee to attach the harness. There's an interchangeable screen and bubble window, and the top of backpack fully unzips. You can set the backpack vertically or horizontally for your cat.

The customer service is amazing! I emailed the company when the strap to my fat cat backpack snapped after a mishap, and they replaced the backpack for me at no additional charge. The turnaround time was very quick too.

I really have this company to thank for encouraging my outdoor adventures with my cats.

When I needed help with my order, they responded right away & it was shipped within just a couple of days. I love the navigator backpack, it's super high quality very comfortable for me & my cat. I will definitely purchase from them again.

The backpack is a nice looking one, but it doesn't necessarily work as advertised. The fat cat backpack isn't actually big enough to be suitable for my relatively large cat, even though the size is supposed to be right.

On the other hand the customer support is one of the most offensive I've ever come across. They sent me a wrong item [one part of my order]. I got in touch with them about it. The person who got back to me first basically lied and told me that the information on the item page had been something that it wasn't. Of course as it happened I actually had a copy of the original page. I got back in touch with them and asked for a replacement mentioning that I do in fact have a copy of the original information. I received the world's most condescending response, and then my follow up emails were ignored.

I DO NOT recommend this company, there are other similar [and in fact better] products out there you can purchase from people who actually have some respect for their customers.

I originally wrote a negative review on their Facebook page, and after a few more negative reviews, the page disappeared. I guess that says everything.

Worst experience ever!!!
Ordered backpacks and other stuffs. As soon as I placed the order,got email saying that one of the item was out of stock, but it was shown in stock when ordered. And now it’s been almost 2 month, heard nothing but to wait. Sent email, no reply after their promised shipping date. Horrible horrible compay

I have a very bad feeling about this company. Placed an order on August 2nd and was sent a tracking number and it has still not been tendered to FedEx. And I am obligated to Afterpay because I used them to pay and if I don't receive it I will be messed up all the way around because Afterpay doesn't fully refund. I will never order from this company again. A company that has no cancellation policy and no returns sounds beyond shady

I ordered this backpack and was so excited. However they sent it to the wrong adress even after I corrected the adress immediatly AND they said they had changed it. But it turns out they didn’t bother to actually do it they just said they would. And 4-5 days after I placed the order they still hadn’t sent it (I live in Europe) and when I asked when it would be send they told me that the harness i also ordered actually wasn’t in stock. THEY NEVER TOLD ME not before after almost a week and it was only because I asked why they haven’t sent it. THEN they said there was the Cash harness og the Groovy harness i could choose from. I chose the Cash harness. But GUESS WHAT they sent me the Groovy one. My experience has been so terrible and I can’t send the wrong harness back because I live IN EUROPE and I waited sooooo long for this. They never offered any compensation and I’m not going to place an Order here again.
