Received pet medication for my dogs arthritis in 3 days. Vet prescribed Friday night and I received it Monday afternoon. Great service!

Simple online ordering process..snapped a couple pics of my dogs and uploaded and answered some quick questions. Pricing was the same as ordering online direct for the medication but the $15 doctor fee from Fuzzy is way less then what my vet charges. Medication arrived in a couple of days … super happy

My Cutting edge virtual appoint went well and I got 2 prescriptions. I have a dog and 3 cats and everyone was seen. Great vet, fast service, you can’t go wrong with Fuzzy Pet Health virtual appointment. Phenomenal job fuzzy, you have a client for life! My animals thank you too! Angela

I paid for this service under the impression that It was an easy solution and altnerative than having to bring my 120lb german shepherd to the vet for a very easy issue- an ear infection that he simply needs prescription strength ear pump medication for that he's already been prescribed and responded well to, in the past. I'm pregnant and have a full time job, otehrwise I would've just gone to my vet in person. As soon as I paid the fee, I ended up in a chat with a vet nurse who asked me far too many questions for a simple prescription and then proceeded to suggest a non-prescription medication, or I could wait to do a video with a vet to get the prescription I came for/paid for the visit for, even after I had already sent pictures of my dog's ears and answered all qualifying questions. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I won't be returning- defeated the whole purpose of not just going to my vet- to save my own time and energy when I'm trying to get other things done, but still trying to get a simple medication for my dog. I will NOT be recommending this service to anyone I know, unless they want to waste their time and money.

The vet was very courteous and professional. She prescribed an antibiotic for my dog’s ear infection. She also prescribed an ear flush for after the infection had cleared. She told me she would put the antibiotics in my cart and I could buy the flush at a later date. When I was transferred to my cart, both medications were there and there was no option to remove the bottle of flush - which cost MORE than the antibiotics- that I was specifically told I would not have to purchase then. With no option to remove it, I purchased both. I asked Fuzzy if I could return the unopened, sealed bottle of flush given the situation, they said I could not. The instructions for the antibiotic called for five drops in the ear twice daily but the medicine is an ointment. You can’t administer ointment in “drops”. The medicine took longer than expected to arrive as well. Overall, my first Fuzzy experience was not a pleasant one and I don’t think I’d use them again or recommend them to a friend. Pretty disappointed.

We had an amazing experience with Dr Ron ! He was so professional , friendly and knowledgeable . In fact this was the best experience with a vet we have ever had and this was online ! Dr Ron took his time with us and went above and beyond with dietary and care advice . The consultation and meds prescribed for our kitty Mr Darcy’s suspected UTI came in at well under $100- our local vet charges over $200 just to get in the door and wasn’t available that day anyway . I highly recommend Fuzzy to all pet parents.

I don’t know the reason for all the negative hullabaloo, but this company is the best.
I’ve gotten three different prescriptions in the last week and received immediate attention when I initiated a chat through the app. This company is a legit life saver for my pups. Glad I didn’t buy into all the hype. Highly recommend!!

When I signed up I felt tgat it was too good to be thrush. Medication is not immediately available and must wait for days. My baby would have to suffer for days before treated. Complete joke!

I’m happy with Fuzzy. I have a German Shepard that won’t go into the Vet Building and may not be so friendly with other dogs/people inside. It made life a lot easier getting her meds shipped to my door. My only complaint is I only got half the order I paid for. After contacting them I did receive what I was shorted about a week later. Heartworm, Tick and anxiety meds for my girl!

Our first experience with Fuzzy we met with Dr. Ron regarding a pretty serious condition with our lab. Amazing experience. From the initial consult with Tiffany, to the video visit with the doctor, and then getting prescriptions filled with Lauren….vey knowledgeable folks, professional and compassionate. Highly recommend.

“Fast wait times” yeah right. I’ve been in chat for way over an hour with no response. I better get a full refund. This is ridiculous. you may as well just call your vet or get petcos package with free vet exams. This is horrible what they do to people in crisis.

Terrible company! I have a foster puppy and called into fuzzy for help with a possible UTI, doctor was supposed to call in meds to the local CVS within 12-24 hours. I did chat about every 4 hours asking for an update and 2 days later we still have not received the meds, they still have not been called in.

Fast and friendly service. My dog was seen in less than 30 minutes (my regular vet was booked for 5 days) Not sure I would call them for everything but something like a simple UTI, that I was certain of, I would use again

Vet was nice. Cat having stomach issues. Nothing could be done and took a few days to get meds, so if acute, then see in person vet. The bad part was the probiotic that I purchased from them in May, expired in July and I wasn’t going to use it all in this timeframe. I asked for assistance and they said they would not help with issue.

Firstly, to all of you complaining about some did or didn't Asher House thing in Oregon...YOU SUCK. My cat was urinating blood and I was freaking out. I was looking very quickly for REAL reviews about Fuzzy and had to read through all of that BS..I was not looking a bunch of people who clearly got together to harass Fuzzy and Dr. Natalie..right or wrong about whatever Asher thing, I needed info and y'all were clogging up space. (Notice how none of them cited the exact problem, dates, etc...just complaints). FUZZY IS AWESOME! Dr. Natalie was amazing. Her advice was sincere, she didn't try to sell me on anything from her OWN website (it is a business remember) bc it as a Saturday and my cat was in real need of care asap and they wouldn't be able to ship meds until Monday..she didn't want me to wait for that. She spent more time with us than I would have ever expected. Her followup notes were in more detail than any vet I've ever seen, and I've seen a few. She called in prescriptions to MY pharmacy, same day and I'm going to pick them up right now. Thank you FUZZY, and thank you DR. NATALIE

For a start pay lee asher he gave his time for Yr company so pay the man what he does for animals is a blessing no one who cares so much so fo the decent thing thank you x

If there is one joy in life, it is the love given by our animals whether dogs cats etc. Nobody has been more supportive to these babies than Lee Asher from his oranization, Asher House. This is a non profit group in Oregon. Through the tireless work of Mr.Asher, who is driven by his life's calling, has been able to care for the animals thrown away and abused by the dregs of the world. It apears that "your fuzzy" has shown themselves to be part of the trash in our universe by not upholding
their contract with Mr. Asher. They refuse to pay money owed him for work done.
So there it is people, who would you chose to handle your cherished animals? Seems apparent! Luckily you have the choice dump "your fuzzy"!

I could not leave 0 stars. This company does not pay its endorsers like they stated. 7 months later the Asher House is still waiting for payment. They did their job. Now pay up

Lee Asher of The Asherhouse has not been paid for a service he provided to this so called company months ago !!!!! You need to pay him or face the wrath of his patreons.
It's a disgrace you have not replied to emails, telephone calls or correspondence.
If you don't pay him don't expect to do much business in the future !!!!! We hope to get your company blacklisted if he is not paid within the next 7 days.
