From calling to book as a matter of urgency to try to prevent surgery being cancelled (and being given an appointment the same day), to the thorough explanation of everything from Claire, to receiving the results promptly. I was a little apprehensive regarding a private ECG, after all I could have possibly achieved an ECG via the NHS, albeit with a long wait. However, using Your Heart Scan even with payment, I felt the whole experience was well worth it, great value for money. Riaan Nieuwoud greeted me, very friendly explaining everything clearly. During the process Riaan was able to answer my questions, was extremely reassuring and undoubtedly knew his stuff.

Top class service in a relaxing environment

Booking my echocardiogram was straightforward and I choose to do this by telephone so I could also ask questions. Next day appointment was available. Finding the location at the club was signposted. I felt relaxed having my echocardiogram knowing that the room was private, and my privacy and dignity was maintained throughout the process.
