Cannot praise Your Heart Scan enough. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Riann was very helpful, patient and informative. I will definitely revisit for any future concerns I have.

Claire was amazing, very thorough and professional and put me at ease immediately. She explained everything and reassured me throughout.
There was a 3 month NHS waiting, but I booked this for the next day!!! The peace of mind is worth every penny. Thank you :-)

I had some concerns about my heart and, in particular, the regular palpitations and ectopic beats I get. I wanted to get an echocardiogram so did an online search and found Your Heart Scan.

The booking process was very straightforward and efficient and it was great to see that the practice is within a golf & country club. We actually had lunch there after the appointment and it is a much more pleasant environment than a hospital.

The appointment took around 30 minutes and, again, everything was very efficient.

The cardiologist, Claire, was very pleasant and was very prompt and thorough in some follow up questions I had about the results. The results came through a couple of days after the consultation.

All in all, I was very impressed with Your Heart Scan and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to check their heart health.

This service was amazing! We arrived and was seen at the appointment time, everything explained thoroughly. The technician doing the ultrasound scan was very good, she reassured us throughout the scan and provided a timeframe for results. Would definitely recommend this service and would use it again!

Everything from me telephoning with queries prior to booking, through to receiving my report was efficient, pleasant and professional. The lady I spoke to on the phone with some queries was knowledgeable and reassuring, she didn’t pressure me to book at all which was refreshing. The booking process was simple and efficient online, I liked that I could view availability at the click of a button. I received good information before my appointment, not only about what to expect at my appointment but also practical information about the venue which was very useful as I had never been there before. On the day of my appointment, I arrived a bit early but was greeted warmly and didn’t have to wait at all. Claire who did my scan was professional and pleasant to talk to, she was reassuring and everything I would hope for at an appointment. I received my report sooner than expected, although 3 working days would have been fine. Seeing the words ‘reassuringly normal’ on my report really put my mind at rest, which was what I’d hoped to achieve by having the ECG and Echo.
I was really impressed from start to finish and will definitely be a return customer if I need any of the services they offer again or any heart reassurance. Very impressed.

I would though have appreciated an interpretation of my results in layman’s terms. Obviously I can google the medical terms but a 1 paragraph summary would have really helped.

I was very happy with my visit to Hear Scan I was very worried when I got there about my Heart but I was assured and put at ease all the way through my scan everything was explained to me as the scan was taken place by the lovely lady who was looking after me I was much happier when I left.
