I have used NRG a few times now and always no issues. The driver is friendly and the website easy to manage. All good.

After a stressful time moving house I then had to find a company who would supply oil to my new home. My neighbour recommended I contact NRG and I was pleased I did.
I rang my nearest branch, Hartlepool and spoke to Joanne who was very polite and helpful. Oil ordered and a delivery date arranged for the end of the month. The next day I received an email from Joanne advising me that my oil would be delivered within the next two days and it was. I can't comment on the delivery, as I wasn't at home but the delivery driver put the confirmation receipt in my letterbox.
Overall a good service and I will be booking another delivery in the future.

Very impressed. Super delivery driver, instead of the usual “can’t access tank” message, he came to the door, explained the problem and helped me cut back the offending hedge. He couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. After my problems with oil deliveries last winter, he was a breath of fresh air.

Phoned about six companies and this was the best price by 2p a litre. The staff are always pleasant and delivery always on time. An all round good team!

Not great awkward unhelpful staff best avoided

Best price I could find, prompt delivery, time to pay after delivery very reasonable.

Good Price point. However delivery day was changed shortly before planned day due to "unforseen circumstances" the delivery was then made on the second date given. I have ordered with NRG twice, the first time the date was changed twice before actual delivery on the third date given, I had to chase it with a phone call(s) as no notification was given that the delivery would not happen. On both occasions when it came it was fine and I can't fault the staff.

When being billed they hadn’t taken into account how much I’d already paid which was frustrating as I had to contact to sort out but customer services were fantastic. Price for oil right now isn’t great but that’s not just the company’s fault and overall was the best price in our area.

I will use them going forward mostly because the delivery driver left my property how he found it and I found that in the past residue was left all around the tank and just left a little messy.

Team are always polite and helpful whenever I ring. even if it's just to enquire the price or to place an order. Oil is always delivered on time and drivers are friendly.

Easy to order on line, and the cheapest that I found (albeit by only a small amount, but it all helps). Delivery well before the 'delivery by' date quoted, Exellent service all round.

Everything was very straightforward in terms of ordering and delivery.

Arrived when expected and excellent price comparison

My experience with this company has been nothing short of awful, as I was getting low on oil for our heating I went online and placed an order for the same size truck we had used before, (as we live down a lane the truck has always had to park up and extend the pipe to fill our tank) the order was going to be delivered on 23/9/26. Literally two days before the delivery we got a phone call saying that the truck couldn't get down the lane and although we explained that every other time they have had to use the pipe to fill up they insisted that the order was cancelled and they would organise a smaller truck to deliver on 4/10/26. We agreed to this as we were getting very low on oil but got another phone call from them yesterday to tell us that their smaller truck is off the road for the foreseeable future and that the order is completely cancelled leaving us with no oil.
I would never use this company again if this is the way they treat their customers plus they had the cheek to say that they may have done us a favour as the price of oil had dropped that day, I would never recommend this company to anyone and will never use them again.
