Very reasonably priced items that I purchased. Got exactly what I ordered. I took 1 star away because it didn't tell me how long shipping would take and I felt like I was waiting a while for them. I had actually forgotten I ordered them. If the receipt or website had said how long shipping would be I'd give 5 stars

They had the Fussie Cat food my kitty likes. Very quick shipping. Website easy to use.

Great prices & packaging (no big box for small order where products gets tossed around, in this case, fragile dehydrated salmon). Yow kept me notified in timely manner of ordering process, shipping & delivery.

I have been very happy with YOWPets. There have been shipping problems but this should not reflect on Yow Pets. I will continue to buy from this company.

You had brand & flavor of cat food that our cats prefer when everyone else was out of it from the online majors to our local pet stores. The food was going for triple the price on eBay if you could even find it. Yow Pets’ delivery time was a little long but the package arrived when promised with good tracking notices and the price was not inflated.

I ordered fish food from the website it came when they said it would the problem is it wasn't what I ordered. I called I sent two emails and no response I would not and will not be doing business with this company again.

I am so happy to have found you. We have four rescue cats and one of them only eats one flavor of one brand. You have it ! Great service!

I keep getting these requests for review, but I have not received any product.

I ordered 3 - 33lb bags of dog food as the website indicated. I received 3 - 30lb bags because the manufacturer had reduced the size (I'm the one who found this information after I got the dog food). Yow still charged me the price of the 33lb bags though the Fromms website showed a lower price for the now smaller bags. Seems like Yow should have provided me notice of the change and why their price remained the same.
