I have two very large dogs. They are expensive to feed. Yowpets is the least costly of all Fromm brand-authorized retailers.
When I call, their customer service is always excellent. When I first discovered this company and made an auto order, I had the incorrect number on the address on file. Fortunately, the person that received the items called Yow and they promptly called AND emailed me to let me know about the error. I am pretty sure I speak to the same representative every time. I highly recommend this company!!!
I have referred many friends to the site. I will continue to do so.

i ordered my chews a few weeks ago and never received them. said five days for delivery but still no chews for my dogs

I had mistakenly put the wrong street number in the address for auto delivery. The person that got the order called to let Yowpets know there was an error. Customer service immediately reached out to me and asked that I contact them to clarify the issue. They were able to provide me with the phone number of the person who received the order so I could make it right. I’ve never experienced such thorough customer service. I’m 1,000,000% sold on Yowpets. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.
Their prices are even lower than those of my local tack store so, that is another plus….

Ordered 65.00 dollars worth of earth ani.al no hide chicken recipe dog chews for a 4 pound Yorkie and I received huge bones for a large dog. I am sending these bones back but instead of money I want the earth animal no hide chicken recipe dog chews. These were 10 in a pack for small breed dogs. If I can get what I ordered I will change my rating to a 10. These are the best chew sticks and cannot get them anywhere in Virginia.

My dogs love the rawhide chews and I only get them from yowpets!

This product is fantastic. I have been using it close to 3 years. It is my dogs favorite treat, and I have used it to break some bad habits (positive reinforcement), and as a good boy treat. I carry it with me when we walk to make sure he is more interested in the food than the dogs around him. So glad I found it at Yowpets.

Delivery is a little slow so I usually order when I'm down to one bag left so I don't run out waiting for it to get here.

I have emailed this company several times with no answer. Placed and order and it never told me an arrival date. I have called. No answer either. No real thrilled with this company.

The order came quickly. The item was reasonably priced & I had continuous information on the status of the order & it's shipping. Thank you.
