Zak Learning Avis 850

I bought a cheap copy of Microsoft Office from Wowcher and had problems because the download was for Windows not Mac. My problem was sorted ou brilliantly efficiently by Fabian at Zak Learning. Highly recommended, helpful and friendly company.

Needed help with something I had downloaded. As I am nearly 80 years old, technology is not something I am brilliant at. But the person at Zak-Learning was so helpful and so clear with his instructions that even I could understand -- and problem was solved very quickly. Thank you so very much!

Excellent service. Had a few issues with download, although this was very effectively dealt with by Kelly in the first instance who did her best to support me and then escalated to Fabian. I bought a Microsoft Office package yesterday & then realised I had bought the wrong package via Wowcher I feared the worst! Ultimately my mistake as I didn’t read the full descriptor before I made the purchase. I emailed Zak Learning last night as soon as I realised I had bought the wrong product & when I phoned this morning the representative knew exactly who I was and gave me a hassle free solution @ no extra charge 👏. Couldn't get office 2019 for Mac to work. customer service were great, super responsive every time and gave me detailed information via email on how to uninstall many applications in order to reinstall it for Word to work. works perfectly, great experience. thanks.

Fantastic company, great product and very easy to install. They give a guidance manual with the product which made installing very easy indeed. I would strongly recommend this company.

Zak learning: A total con.
Should have guessed I suppose, offering a “so-called” 87% discount.
Don’t fall for this company, and save your money. You won’t be robbed as I was.

When I read on the Internet that some of these purchases are scams, I was sure I had lost my Microsoft office purchased from Zak Learning on Wowcher. However, after reading the reviews I contacted Zak Learning and they have gone over and above to sort out my laptop. I can't thank them enough. If you are thinking of buying or Learning with the organisation I can highly recommend them!

Purchased the office software, it didn’t specify anywhere in the description that it wasn’t suitable to use on a Mac. Contacted the team and asked for a refund, they offered me the software which I could run on a Mac and then never sent it. Asked for a refund for a second time.

So helpful and replies to emails so quickly. Step by step instructions. And all apps work. 2nd time customer. I thought it would be too good to be true, but it is as advertised.

Bought a wowcher code to download the Microsoft office. When I went to redeem the code I never received any further email instructions and therefore can only assume this website is a scam.

I purchased MS office 2016 Home and Student additions through Wowcher and the software was supplied by Zak Learning. I received an email with clear instructions on how to download and install Office which was easy to do and the product code worked without any issue. Once the software was installed, I realised that I had purchased the wrong version as it did not have Publisher within its suit of programs; this was totally my error and I wondered if Zak Learning would allow me to upgrade to Office Professional. I rang Zak Learning and was able to speak to a member of there team who fully understood my mistake and allowed me to upgrade to Office Professional, within minutes of me hanging up I received an email with a new product code Key. I installed the new version however the product key failed to activate my software therefore I rang them again and was told that I should activate the software by phone and they would send instructions on how to do this. I received an email promptly and after following their instructions my copy of Office is now registered. I have read that buying software licences on the internet at vastly reduced prices can result in being scammed, however, my experience of Zak Learning is that they are a real company with excellent customer service and I would buy from them again.

Needed help with product. Fabian was able to resolve this issue with so much patience, I thought it was going to be a confusing issue but Fabian made it so straightforward. Thank you so much for helping me, very much appreciated.

Having used my Office 2019 for several months it suddenly stopped working. Zak learning responded very quickly and offered advice.
