I redeemed a voucher code from Wowcher for a Microsoft 2019 office software key. A message popped up saying I will get an email with download instructions. I never received this email and it wasn’t in my junk mail either.
I sent multiple emails chasing the team down, both directly and via Wowcher. Eventually the Zak-learning team sent me an email which contained the key. The key worked which was why I was happy to modify my rating from 1 to 3.

Zak Learning were quick off the mark with suppling installation instructions and what is more important they worked. Fabian responded quickly to an initial query. Excellent value for money, would recommend. It did take a couple of attempts to download the software but that was down to me, my computer went to sleep before the first attempt to download finished.

I cant thank Mr Rickettes enough for his help. I am useless with computers and he spent 30 minutes helping me, he even advised some other things i could do to improve the performance of my laptop. Amazing customer service 5* Thank you so very much!

Excellent proffesional service, need help after my PC crashed and the OS had to be reinstalled, after it was finished my Office 2019 would not accept the licence key, after 45 minutes talking to Microsoft I gave up, th customer service was awful, so as I purchased the down load and licience key from Zac learning i email asking for assistance, and I got the best service you could get, not only did they fix the problem I was also given advice on some of my other apps, highly recommended.

I brought a voucher from groupon. Hadn't heard of the company before so was unsure, but groupon are usually quite reliable for retailers.
I completed the information using my unique code and recieved my product key. Inputting was easy and now have access to Microsoft for what I need.
No concerns with their comaony and would recommend to anyone.

Seems to be scam site. I ordered home office 2021 . No clear instructions. Post redeem link click I was expecting to receive email with download instructions. It never arrived. Reporting this for financial fraud

Spent days trying to download Home & Student 2019. Eventually got a long spiel of instructions via email. Doesn't work. Have spent all day. Don't rate it at all.

I am not IT Savvy & had some issues installing some software. Fabian from Zak Learning was a great help. He
Logged in remotely & sorted out the issues in a friendly & no-problem manner. Great customer service & I would highly recommend them.

Unable to open the software download for Microsoft Office 2021 provided by ZAC learning using their product key, I found the download completely failed due to compatibility issues, my computer will not alllow the installation of potentially dangerous software.
I contacted Microsoft who explained the Key was invalid and not listed on their system. On contacting Zak learning it was suggested my pictures were historic, that my computer is in S mode. All completely false. I would advise anyone having any dealing with this company to check their product key directly with Microsoft. You product could fail at a critical time.

I bought Microsoft Office 2019, it was very easy to install. I made a mistake with my email address when redeeming the product on their website. I emailed them and within a short period of time Fabian sorted out the problem. I will definitely use them again. Great Customer Service.
