They do not go by Zarwall on credit cards. They go by go daddy lingerie. They do not deliver lawnmowers. They will take your money. You can not get in touch with them. Do not order from them. It is a scam! Please look them up under scammers.

They took my payment and nothing! FRAUD! No response on contact and phone number doesn't exist!

I ordered a lawnmower on April 25th, 2024. No meaningful communication from Zarwel, the tracking # they sent was no good. Zarwel did not respond to any of my emails or phone calls. On June 10 I finally called my cc company to dispute the charges.
I strongly do not recommend it.

Ordered a shed and it never came. Tried calling and emailing them multiple times over two months and no response. Filed fraud against them

Ordered and paid for a generator and have not received status after 1 month. Apparently they do not exist. I did to a 'Tara' once and received email that the order was on the way.. over 3 weeks ago and nothing since. Sounds like a common experience so I am getting a credit card refund from my bank and they will handle this as fraudulent.

I am so so thankful I checked online reviews for this company. The old saying of” looks too good…, “ well I really wanted this to be real but I’ll keep looking and doing research on companies I do not know. Best to stick with Home Depot and Lowe’s and Ace

Zarwell took my money and never shipped my order, give me back my MONEY

this is a scam website. a company in dubai gets your money, not zarwell in tuscon. no response to emails and their phone rings busy. no delivery of lawnmower. beware, this company is fake scam

Many times I called ,any many times i text , having the same results. NO REPLY. Your company takes advantage of everyone, including those with limited means. You have my money , and I haven't received y lawnmower . This review is not a scam

This company is a scam! I placed my order for a zero turn, received an email with a receipt, credit card was charged the same day, had a chat “with Lara” on the website, was told I would receive an email with tracking info within 2 to 3 days. To date I have not receive an email and surprise surprise “Lara” stopped communicating. I have contacted my credit card for a dispute and am currently taking this to my lawyer regarding fraud! Do not deal with this company. The website is fraudulent, the address is fraudulent. I did screen shots of my attempts to contact this company via the “instant chat” that they claim they respond immediately and have given this to my attorney. This shameful company probably knows they can’t be prosecuted because the charge on my credit card is not for Zarwel in Tucson but to an unknown entity in the Abu Dhabi. Beware and stay clear! You will not get your product and will have to deal with your credit card company and the aftermath!

Zarwel.com is NOT legit - I ordered a product, got an email with a receipt, however, I cannot get in touch with anyone, be it, phone, email, chat.

I checked the charge to my CC and it comes up under ADX-Agency.com, located in Abu Dhabi.

I placed an order for an E bike and they processed my credit card the same day. Three weeks later, I have called multiple times and got a voice mail machine. I’ve emailed customer service and I’ve gotten no response. I’ve had have several chats on the website. I was lied to and never received the product. I am now working with my credit card to get my money back. This is a scam!

Why hasnt law enforcement moved on this obvious scam (if it is not a real ) company ?

No communication, fear they are a fraud. I unfortunately didn’t look at reviews beforehand. I got what looks like a fake shipping order, from china? Company is based in AZ but the address is a gravel parking lot. The payment section gives you some FL address. The prices are too good to be true. I’ll remove this post if there is a refund or by some miracle the product arrives.

I could blame Google for allowing this company to purchase add space on their main page and then neglecting to verify the company. However I’ll accept that I fell for the scam and come here to warn others not to do the same. There are a lot of red flags if you go searching, but I wasn’t taking general precautions as I was in a rush to order something, and didn’t realize I made a massive mistake until I received a confirmation email from a random email account and not the one on their website. For starters, Zarwel LLC is not a registered LLC in the state of Arizona or anywhere else in the United States. The website was created by the same individual who created IFastSocial and Renovatio Creative, both of which can be found on Instagram and you can locate the person I’m talking about. If you buy something, the charge on your card will come from accounts tied to at least either of these organizations. He has also created and operated at least 2 other (equally fake) home goods websites prior to Zarwel. I’m not sure who he has managing the reviews here but I’m assuming it’s probably some kind of AI response or he’s outsourcing management to someone who hasn’t spent any time in school learning English, someone probably not in the US. All of these companies operate out of Florida (where none of the LLC’s are registered either), as that is where the individual who runs this website and the others lives. I’d suggest to anyone else who has been scammed in any capacity to open a report with the FTC and open a dispute if you can. Make sure to document anything and everything.

I buy from them 3 times, it's very good price and fast shipping, but i see bad reviews because a lot of haters

This is a scam. It's quite obvious. Their website lists they are located in Arizona. When looking up the addresses it's an abandoned tiny building. Their phone number is also not connected. 100% scam.

Edit: read the response for this company to my review. Does that sound like a legitimate company. How about you prove to us you’re not a scam. Where are you located ? What is your phone number?

This entire site is a scam. They were selling a $12,000 mower for $3,000. They never shipped it out. The entire business is fraudulent.
