I’ve moved over 150 units (including hotel rooms) onto Zeevou, and it has been a total game-changer for our workflow. Honestly, the automation is a lifesaver. We use some pretty advanced rate rules and haven't even felt the need to use external pricing tools because the internal system is so robust and most importantly, we haven't had a single issue with rates or availability syncing incorrectly.
One thing I really respect is their development style, they don’t test on their customers. Features only roll out when they are 100% ready. They have a transparent roadmap and actually let the community vote on new features. If you ever get stuck, the Zee chatbot is actually useful for navigating settings, but the real human support is where they shine. They treat you like a partner rather than a ticket number, shout out to the owner, Naim, who is a total machine and always goes out of his way to help.
Our owners are also much happier because of the reporting depth, they have full visibility into transaction costs and live management fees. On the guest side, the online check-in is now super quick and easy, which has cut down on our manual admin significantly.
If I had to give a heads-up to new users, it’s that there is a lot to take in at first because the system is so capable. However, the UI is incredibly logical and you can toggle off the features you don't need to keep it simple. It’s a professional-grade tool that’s actually built for growth. If you’re serious about property management and want to stop jumping between five different apps, this is worth every penny.

Looking forward to having everything sorted. Also still adjusting to the different processes of finding information such as calendar, etc after so many years with our old channel manager.

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start, but once it’s set up properly, it saves a HUGE amount of time. The support team has also been swiftly responsive whenever we’ve needed help. Overall, it’s helped us run things more professionally and with less headaches and manual work.

⚠️ Caution: My Experience with Zeevou (Contract + Support Issues)
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my recent experience with Zeevou in case it helps other hosts make informed decisions.
We signed up for the platform expecting a smooth channel management solution, however, we ran into several issues early on:
• The software was not functioning as expected for our operations
• We experienced limited and delayed support when trying to resolve issues
• In multiple cases, we were redirected elsewhere (including to Airbnb) rather than receiving direct support
Due to this, we made the decision to cancel our subscription and sent multiple emails requesting cancellation and a refund, as we were not satisfied with the service.
Unfortunately, our request was refused, and we were told we were still bound by the contract despite the platform not meeting our expectations.
We also found communication challenging — instead of working toward a resolution, the responses we received were focused on contract enforcement rather than customer experience or problem-solving.
At one point, we were even advised to consult a lawyer regarding our rights, which was surprising given we were simply trying to exit a service we were unhappy with.

Been using zeevou as a channel manager for a couple of months now. Whole team including founder are really supportive & it’s great to have the ability to resolve issues quickly, coming from channel managers which didn’t have good levels of support this is definitely a relief.
I have also seen the benefit from the new network system, where other hosts have seen my property and are offering extra bookings! It can definitely be a service which pays for itself😊 Win win!

The platform itself is fabulous and does so much, it has systemised our business which we desperately needed to do.
I have found it a little overwhelming at times, as it does so much more than our previous chanel manager and i have tried to know everything all at once, rather than trying to do things in bite sized chunks, but that is on me. There is however always someone on hand to help and point me in the right direction when i get bamboozled and if you need to speak to someone face to face there are live question and answer sessions 3 times a day. The level of support is outstanding and the product itself is very impressive.

Have used Zeevou for two years now having done stints with FreeToBook and Bookalet plus, briefly, with Smoobu. We have seven large units and evaluated based on two main criteria:
1) Menu and Screen layouts aligned to our business rather than some hotch- potch of functionality. The Calendar screen provides market-leading visibility and allows drill-down into all the associated booking information. First class.
2) Ability to leverage current and future technologies. Have linked to many different portals, set up dozens of automations to replicate our custom business processes and communications with the client plus linked to beyond pricing.
Support and help-desk is also first class with a chat-bot that handles most of my issues now. Help desk is available at the click of a button if bit doesn’t know the answer. The owner Na’ím also runs three daily online chats to talk through more detailed / strategic issues/developments you may be thinking about and as an owner himself he understands the business and where it’s going. Invaluable.
Negatives? Like anything that offers deep functionality it does require some substantial thought on implementation. More about your own business processes than anything. Like any software it is developing. I have a couple of development requests in. We shall see when those come to fruition. 🤞. Very pleased with the move and looking forward to moving forward in a difficult industry with the support of Na’ím and the Zeevou team.

I have been with Zeevou since 2023, and have been trough several Updates and they keep on improving more and more with new features the entire time.
Customer service has been the best out there, with always being able to Message and receiving replies within minutes, and if needed to Schedule 121 Zoom calls. I would Highly recommend their services.

I can't compare Zeevou to another PMS. But what I do know it works fantastically well, any bugs in the system are resolved quickly and the customer support is second to none. Also there is a community of other users that are willing to help you if you need it. Don't look any further, Zeevou is your first choice.

Great platform, could not run my business without, been using for over 3 years now. The platform continues to evolve and improve.
The team continue to go above and beyond, on the odd occasion there is a problem, it is dealt with super quick. I had the founder resolve a small bug in less than 10 mins from reported - find me another platform that does this :)

After a month, I needed to update my review. The main reason is Zeevou's help. Their AI assistant Zee won't answer all the questions. The Q&A meetings are not 1-1( other people see your account), which I do not want. Zeevou cancelled the 1-1 session meeting.
Zeevou, which is a highly reliable, easy-to-use platform for managing short-term rental properties. It brings everything into one place, from bookings and guest communication to cleaning schedules and operations, which saves a lot of time and reduces mistakes.
The automation tools are especially helpful, and the system works well for hosts managing multiple properties. The support team is responsive and helpful, and they are always open to feedback and improvements.
Overall, Zeevou has made managing our short-let properties much more organised and efficient. I would definitely recommend it to anyone running serviced accommodation or short-term rentals.
