I am extremely pleased with Zeevou! The platform has been a game-changer in helping me systemise my business operations while providing a seamless user journey for my guests. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the process smooth and intuitive.
Like any advanced channel management software, there are occasional bugs—understandable given the complexity of integrating with numerous platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stripe, and various pricing tools. Considering the vast number of moving parts, a few minor issues are to be expected.
Overall, Zeevou stands out as an excellent platform, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their business and enhance the guest experience.

Too many bugs, super complicated to use with other integrations through zapier, automated messeages dont even work properly since some of them you have to do it manually.
Rate rules dont work.
Website seems super basic and even connecting it to wordpress, doesn't give you flexibility.
Many integrations that uses AI to respond to guests cannot be integrated to Zeevou.
They have been saying about an Guest App which seems very interesting but until nothing has released.

The app has some good basic features. Customer support, responsive, quick and helpful. The team seems to take feedback for improvements on board and try to implement changes accordingly.
I used the app for about 4 months but found the experience to be very frustrating as there were always issues/bugs appearing. I spent lots of time raising tickets with the team reporting these bugs. The team was always very responsive and some bugs got fixed, some got recorder as a future feature, but during the 4 months I used the app, I had different issues coming up, which resulted in me double checking everything with the OTAs, making sure messages got sent etc.
There are many bugs with the app especially. It was very inconsistent, sometimes I never received any notifications of a new booking or messages. Sometimes scheduled messages did not send, which meant my guest did not receive their access PIN code on time.
The functionality also lacks
- the calendar view is not user friendly.
- Cannot edit/delete a note.
- No notifications for messages of past guests
- No metrics (revenue, occupancy) with the Glow membership
- Cannot set custom length filter for metrics
- Not possible to disable scheduled messages via the app
- Scheduled messages not easily edited/disabled for individual guests via browser
- Possible to bock a date but not able to unblock it via the app

It's the perfect Channel Manager for our portfolio.
We've tried others, but nothing compares to what Zeevou offers!
It's super helpful in managing our properties efficiently, and it's incredibly customizable.
With most CMs, you need to use an additional third-party platform to verify ID, sign Agreements or take security deposits; this is not the case with Zeevou, as you have all these functions in one place!
Plus, the support team is always friendly and helpful. When you sign up, you even get your own dedicated 'agent' - big shout out to Soleil! Haha!"

We have been a customer of Zeevou for some months, initially we were not going to use them after a very boring onboarding call, but another industry professional gave me a demo and it liked what we saw so we signed up.
the experience over a period of months has been nothing but terrible, before i give specific examples i will say that I have spoken with multiple support agents and even the owner and each and every time an issue is raised, their default position is both argumentative and unhelpful.
Zeevou use two platforms 'app' and 'hub' and they do not communicate with each other correctly and you are FORCED to use both versions. many occasions the calendars show the same reservation but on different dates which potentially leads to blocked dates or even overbookings! we were told this must be a problem with our PC.
the mobile app either does not work at all or when it does work it does not load certain elements, forcing you to use the web version, which is difficult on a mobile device... we were told that this must be our wifi internet or our mobile, or our data... it was always out fault
payment links on the confirmation page sent to guests only works 10% of the time. 9 out of 10 times guests are unable to pay for their reservation, this means we either have to generate manual links to send them OR they get impatient and abort, and book elsewhere, leaving us with a blocked calendar and no funds for it until we mark it as a no show the day after.
their unified inbox isnt fit for purpose, when you click messages on a reservation, it routes to the inbox and does not load the conversation history.
the statements generated for property owners was set up by zeevou support, they have never been correct. in fact one of the statements said one of our clients owed us several millions of pounds in fees which was actually pretty funny, since then we have done statements manually for all units which is a huge undertaking.
zeevou have a support forum on discort, but when an issue is discussed, the owner attacks you and says its user error... after several issues raised and just being attacked, we left discord as it wasnt helpful
the platform itself is, at times, very unresponsive
we have moved to another channel manager and they are refusing to provide our data to input to the new channel manager unless we pay them.
I did a public social media post highlighting that they are not good and raised a few points, the owner commented on the post to say he agrees with everything i have put - acknowledging their product isnt fit for purpose and is poor... a height of arrogance and unhelpful.

Outstanding Services Each and Every Time!
I have been using Zeevou for my serviced accommodation business for several months now and I cannot express enough my full gratitude to the team. I receive every time an outstanding service from the Zeevou team. A big shout to Sab. She will promptly jump on a call every time I need it and even when I forget our meetings and stand her up, she is always understanding and ready to help.
They go above and beyond and I must say that the success of my business is due to partners like Zeevou. I cannot recommend them enough.

We signed up to zeevou in the hope of making our multiple platform bookings simpler to operate. It turned into a nightmare for us. We found many issues with the system based on features that were sold but incomplete or not actually available when tried (and spent many hours on whatsapp and finally on discord trying to resolve them - loads of screengrabs available!!). The website widget/plugin didn't work so we were forced to use their own booking page which had a broken date selector. The app had an unusable calendar, would crash frequently and would not allow me to log out. We'd pointed out several issues with the system which we were told were going to be fixed in the new version but have been waiting a long time. We were starting to get concerned about what else might be badly or insecurely implemented, in particular payments.
The final straw was when we signed up for Xero because we understood it was available under the "unlimited integrations" of which Xero was listed. On complaining that we felt we'd been misled, the website changed its description of what was included (see uploaded image), and we were told we'd have to upgrade to get functionality that we thought we had already paid for in the package we'd subscribed to. Deeply disappointed and very sad that we've spent many hours effectively beta-testing their system when we should have moved elsewhere.
With their company being based in Jersey it was also not clear if there was a larger group that things could be escalated to.
As technically savvy people (our day job is in usability testing and web development!) we've found it a difficult system to work with. For us, there is too much risk to continue with Zeevou.

I joined Zeevou in September 2022, and I couldn't be happier. The system has all the functions you can think of to help run your business. The customer service is brilliant, and if you are ever in doubt about anything, you also have your assigned account manager, who is easily contactable. Sab has been fantastic, and I couldn't have done it without her.

If we are ever worried about something she is always so reassuring and explains things so calmly and is extremely patient. On our onboarding session with Zeevou, we managed to come across Moira Parker.
Moira has in depth knowledge of the system and hand railed us thoroughly to get the system set up for us. Zeevou has lot more functionality which we have yet to learn and implement. However, we have an option to request online meeting with Zeevou Team.
So, far the experience with Zeevou Team is Great.

We used Zeevou for about 3 years and is a very good PMS. Channel mapping is very convenient and easy to create listings. The Support Team is very helpful at all times.

Not intuitive, really complicated, with the same money you can take easier-to-use and more efficient competitor options. That sync fast and does not allow to make a double booking as zeevou does, we had fines and really big problems from Airbnb due to overbooking that zeevou allowed to pass! Dissapointed.

After setting my account up I Got a personal support agent. Sahar is a great support and answers all my questions. I tried few channel managers before joining with zeevou. Now other CMs had many option but they are blank compared to zeevou possibilities. Its a bit tough at the begging to understand and go through but after spending hours it clears ups and you then can see the light. Website for direct bookings, auto messaging, invoicing, connection with peice generating apps and much much more. I would recommend to try it and spend some extra time setting it up.

I do love the support, they give your personal manager that will answer all your questions, and they are very open to new suggestions. The one thing that I would improve is the design of the booking engine website. I believe they are already working on this!
The main features that I like are the possibilities with email marketing to guests, it has a huge amount of variables that can be adjusted to everyone's needs.
