Brilliant product - rivalling all other dates and overpriced channel managers, this really is a disruptor to the market. As our reservations team described it “a one stop shop”, Zeevou really brings something different that was long overdue in the Serviced Apartment world. Zeevou is a great channel manager for ensuring that we have the right systems in place for our SA business. In terms of on-boarding you get a great guide to help you set up. Customer support is a lot faster than previous channel managers systems that we have used. It is not perfect but if you do have an issue and you escalate it, it usually gets sorted out. I would echo a previous comment about website set up, the initial document isn't that great when setting up the website. It would be great if there was a youtube video or something to really take you step by step. It would also be great as well if there was a step-by-step video tutorial on initial set up for those that are more visual learners.Finally, ensuring a unified chat function so that you don't need to go into the individual OTA's to reply to messages.
All in all, it is a good piece of software built by those who clearly have run SAs. We're very happy with it and look forward to growing our business with Zeevou.

I can say with all honesty Zeevou has changed my life! Having been through 5 channel managers in my Serviced Accommodation business so far, I have at last found the perfect fit for our business. Quite simply, Zeevou makes things super simple! It’s quick, it’s sooo simple to use. Since joining Zeevou I have had way more time to focus on my business rather than being in it! As a SA business we fully back the book direct campaign. Zeevou helps you do this. The support available is amazing, if I ask a question in the Facebook users group I have an answer in minutes. Zeevou is truly a gift for the busy Serviced Accommodation provider. Thank you!

Zeevou is a great channel manager for systemising our SA business. And you can do so much within it. Customer support is fantastic. Our account manager Lisa has been guided us through all the problems we have. The only downside is it took us a while to set up everything in the software and it doesn't have the chat function built-in for all the OTAs . I also really do hope they can have tutorial videos on their website to instruct people how to use the functions in the software. It's not a perfect piece of software yet but it looks very promising. We're very happy with it and look forward to growing our business with Zeevou.

Hi, setting up a new business we chose Zeevou as the PMS and although only a couple of properties and lots to learn they have been fantastic in their support. There is still work to do and things we don't understand but Zeevou and the support teams are always available and responsive. We will be definitely sticking with it for the journey and couldn't recommend the system and it's support highly enough.

Fantastic channel manager, this has been such a welcome break from the other awful Channel managers out there who promise everything and deliver nothing. Zeevou has the best support team and my on-boarder Has been So supportive with setting up my 4 apartments. The website is easily understood and when I have had an issue it has been resolved very quickly. I’ve been delighted with my increased bookings and the ability to Micro manage Down to the last detail. Fantastic to have the details of guests so we can move forward with mail shots and early bird packages with personalised messages.
Delighted to work with Zeevou it’s taken a real pressure off running the business.

Nearly a year ago I secured my first Rent to SA. It has been a tremendous learning curve. I knew I had to use a channel manager because I will hopefully be managing many more.
I tried several including Tokeet and stumbled across Zeevou in the summer. I changed over on a trial basis and am so glad I did.
It took a while for me to get to grips with the software but Na’ím and Lisa have been on hand to guide me through. Not only have they helped undo (and re do ) my rookie errors but have given me so many pearls of wisdom along the way.
I can’t think of any other Chanel manager that Comes close to their level of customer service and expertise.
I can’t wait to expand and step it up a gear .Team Zeevou all the way.

I started with zero units but wanted to go about things as if I had 100 to ensure I could scale quickly and effectively. Zeevou has not missed a beat in regards to channel managing and makes direct conversion very straightforward, thanks to them we secured a £10K booking from a 3 night stay via Airbnb. Their partner success team is second to none and is mega responsive. I will say this however, the system is still Beta and is not the most user friendly thing in the world. As someone who is not very techy and does not desire to be techy I struggle with the functionality. I don’t want my lack of techyness to reflect badly on Zeevou though and their support is always on point and helps me understand what I need to do. I like being on the cutting edge and Zeevou feels like it is just that. They are always adding things and making things easier to use. My entire business apart from having a chat to guests when they book is totally automated now. It can be daunting when you first gain access but in time it becomes very easy to use. The progress and improvements are constant and they take feedback well and implement changes I have suggested which is fab to see. Even the boss man himself doesn’t mind taking a look when I get stuck. It’s a great piece of kit and will be amazing in a year or two. Join the revolution...

I am new to using a channel manager and it has been an experience. Zeevou is an all singing all dancing channel manager that can allow you to be totally hands off. It’s extremely impressive as is the support I have received from the team whilst setting up my first apartment. I can’t sing Na’iM’s praises enough he has been an absolute godsend in assisting with navigating the software.
