Cashplus / Zempler .. avoid.
As far as “pre-paid” banks go, Zempler is probably worse of them all. There are simply no benefits to owning a Zempler account. Monthly charges to not have Apple Pay, no credit buildups and not to mention, if for example you were to win the lottery you cannot deposit funds into a Zempler account so your money will be trapped. If you’re going to steer away from a mainstream bank and just need another little account etc. Better off going starling or revolut or anything outside of Zempler. It was not good as Cashplus, I thought the name change would come with other changes also. I was wrong.

24% 1 star reviews should be enough for anyone to avoid this bank.
Got a business account with them, first payment from a client went through, second payment from another client got held by Zempler for checks.
Not knowing what was happening, this has been very frustrating and stressful for both the client and us, wasting precious time trying to figure out the problem and affecting the cash flow therefore creating unnecessary problems in the business.
I'm sure I will get a reply like: "we have to follow regulations" or whatever but I have other business account for years and never have I experienced something like this with them.
You need to step up your game Zempler, people don't need complications like this giving us the feeling we are not in control of the money we work hard for.

It has taken me 4 days to sort out the total confusion regarding my account but I have now received my new card. I was unable to access the Zempler app so I made another call and spoke to Daniel who assisted me and resolved the problem very promptly. I am very grateful thank you. I would just like to say that this whole process has been very frustrating and I have lost confidence in using the Bank to pay in money and access online banking but hope that in the future I will not have these problems again.
