Let’s be very honest here . It’s a terrible bank. It took 2 and half weeks to get a card , the wait time to speak to customer service is around 15 to 20 mins each time. The app is very dated. It’s an online bank, this should be the best if the best. Monzo is amazing for this. Now Zempler are holding my money . I needed to pay something yesterday and it’s made the payment late. It’s simply not good enough. No other banks do this. I’ve called up 4 times this morning . The first time after waiting 15 mins he couldn’t hear me , the 2nd time after another 15 mins they lied about sending me an email about the funds and now I’m hold again. What is this farce !?!?!?
