Lost ALL my data
Service was ok until they had a fire in their datacenter last week and lost ALL of my keywords and ALL of the SERP history. Accidents happen but if you don't have a proper backup strategy, then eventually something will go wrong. I've gone back to using a competing service. Sorry it didn't work out, hopefully you will learn from this and move on.
