Very good prices, quick delivery, great service

Parcel did not arrive on time despite me paying for a specific time slot. This is due to the poor choice of courier service chosen by Zyber. My decorating job is now delayed and I remain waiting for an expensive tub of non-refundable paint.

Ordering was very quick and easy. Price was the cheapest I found for a Urban Obsession colour mix.
Delivery was as promised for the next day.
No complaints at all, very happy with the whole experience.

Very strange advertisement. I requested Dulux Trade Diamond Satinwood (Tinted) Perfectly Taupe
5L. There was no request for a mixing the paints. I requested return through email, no one responded for days. Today, I called and they said this cannot be returned. Avoid!!!

Extremely poor sales and service. After stating that the courier is expecting my order for delivery, they surprisingly cancelled my items with the excuse that I initiated this? Shocker Alert! I Did NOT. Plus, they claim that they have not refunded and they have payment method as unknown, although I used PayPal and my account was debited. These lot are a scam. I would advise anyone thinking of using these charlatans to stay well away. Obviously, I will be chasing them for my refund. UPDATE: They have refunded the order now.

I'll start by saying that if this were a review for the stores it would be much more glowing. But the Click & Collect experience is atrocious. I ended up travelling all over London and wasting several hours of my life.

First, the website lies about the Click & Collect expectations. As you order, regardless of what store you select to collect from, it cheerfully states that orders are typically available in one hour.
As the two stores I visited stated that they only get deliveries every couple of days, unless they already have it in stock, a one hour collection time is a complete fantasy.

The website gives no indication of individual store stock. So one assumes that it doesn't matter where you collect it from.

When I went to to the nominated store to see the status of my order, I was informed of the above. And that I should contact the main store, Park Royal, to get an expedited delivery.
Phone calls to the Park Royal get immediately redirected to the Camden voicemail. And despite numerous emails, I am yet to get any response from Park Royal at all.

I'm then told by the original store that Camden have stock, and so I head there. They have none but am told that Clapham and Fulham do.
Shops are now closed, so I have to try again in the morning. This time phoning Clapham, who tell me they have none and Fulham has minus 4 units in stock.

A complete and utter farce.

In the end, I got my brother to travel all the way to Park Royal (a three hour round trip) to finally pick up the order.

If it weren't for the fact that the staff in each store were so nice, this would be a hard 1 star review.
But I have to give credit for how helpful each member was (or at least tried to be)

If I could give a zero rating I would. Ordered paint but nothing delivered and no communication as to what was happening. When I contacted them they informed me that they did not have the product, I am now struggling to get the full refund. Go elsewhere, support your local store.

Used local Zyber store without problem. Then ordered an item online for delivery to store. Money was taken but nothing delivered. Store said I have to query via online sales email address. Emailed them 5 times to enquire and to request a refund - no reply whatsoever. Shoddy service, not sure if someone is actually at the other end?
Given up now but learned my lesson.
Just sorry this has left a bitter aftertaste for the actual high street Store.
