I received my order and it wasn't quite right and I was able to get it fixed very quickly, and with the greatest hospitality. The product seems really great so far, can't wait to see the results after more use!

Smells great
The shampoo and conditioner were not over powering and they smelt good, my hair appears to look alot better after using them.

Hair feels great even after first use
The product arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. The hair products were also very good quality and I like the feel of my hair after I have washed my hair. Very nice product. Trouble is my daughter also likes it. She can buy the next one.

High dosage preworkout
Sustainable packaging, customised to my liking of being a non-stim pre workout which can be hard to find. Most of all great dosages vs other preworkouts so very happy with the product.

Delicious scents and great results!

Since I started using the shampoo &…
Since I started using the shampoo & conditioner, I feel my hair fall is less and my hair feels so soft and clean. Only after 2 days I have to wash it again as I can feel hair getting sticky. But other than that love the smell, feel and texture of my hair. I will be stocking it always when my shampoo & conditioner comes on the edge of finishing.

They didn't send my order
I ordered shampoo and conditioner on 12/12/2023 and their site says it can take up to a week to make the formula. It is now 1/1/2024 and I still haven't had any emails or replies to my attempts of contact. I reached out to the company via their online enquiry form twice now.

Right product, wrong formula
I like the packaging and sustainability of this company and product.
But I'm not convinced that this product/formula is for me. I have found my hair is less frizzy, but is also getting more oily after 1-2 days needed to be washed again.
I wouldn't choose a colour as bright as the blue again because it can leave a mess in the shower, but the scent is great.

Terrible customer service
I ordered a shampoo and conditioner specifically for my oily hair and they are probably the worst hair products I’ve ever used. After seeing my original review a customer service representative contacted me and offered me a refund and replacement shampoo/conditioner but after I responded to them I never heard from them again. It has been one and a half months now and no response. I will never order from this company again
